Afternoon Sleeps, and all other pubsteroonies! It's minged down with rain here, which has helped me sofa surf all day cos had it been nice I would have wanted to be in the garden Hoping plenty of rest will bring about improvement in the foot. Certainly seems a little improved this afternoon

It's terrible what has become of dear SR and so on and so forth. I am heart broken, occasionally.
