You may view my white legs for £5 and a pint of Stella. I would recommend sunglasses to wear, however.
what do i get for a chocolate cake and a stella?

Morning Gemo, that sounds like good news.....did you think you'd have to forgo all the yummy food, hike a mile a day and stop having any coffee or tea?
It was drinking and smoking less they suggested.

I have now gone down from smoking 8 cigarettes a day (evening only) to 6. I did try low alcohol beer but it tastes like Parton’s. I drink two cans (4%) over the course of three hours. I don’t think that is excessive.

Never drink tea and have 5 cups of coffee a day. My weight has not been questioned at all. I think I’m a bit heavy but I stay at the same constant bit heavyness. The yummy food I eat is only in small quantities.

And I take Willow and Shadow for two walks every day.

Raining here, but the garden is dry and needs a good water.

Both cats gorn walkabouts...prolly sheltering the "yurt" in the garden.......garden bench with waterproof covering on

Hope yer day goes well.........

Nice brew plez and two slices of toast.....ta muchly......

Morning hoots - looks like it, lazy buggers! Timo is squashed on my knee along with the laptop, he keeps grumbling whenever I move!

That IS quite a fair bit of coffee ..... but your beer and fags are not excessive at all.
