My main f.eckin' TV isn't working! It was fine this morning, I came home, tried to switch it on & now it won't! Arghhhhhhhhh!

Its a pain in the arse when something like that happens ! how auld is it ?

It certainly is! I can't remember now, but I think it's maybe 6 years old (or thereabouts), might even be 7. Honestly can't remember, I know the modern flat screens don't last as long as the old ''monster backed'' ones did!
So I suppose I can't really complain (but I will).

I know someone who knows a bit about TV's, he's going to have a look at it to see if it's fixable. It might be something easy & cheap to replace, or it might not. Fingers crossed it's fixable.

Yes, there are 2 episodes tonight. It's Thursday. It looks as if we will be able to watch it without that lover of the cobbles causing trouble and disturbing us.

Chicken caesar has arrived. Tuck in and enjoy. I'm having a bucket of chicken so I'll save the bones for SR for her plateage.

Well the strangest thing has just happened! My TV is now working! I had switched it all off yesterday after changing batteries in the remote control, trying to switch it on manually......nothing.....zilch......I switched in on this morning just to see if some miracle had happened overnight........ It worked!

Clearly it's possessed!

The question is, will it switch back on later this afternoon when I come back home!
