Merry Christmas Chin. The Pub looks gorgeous, inside and out. I love it. I'm already full Christmas spirit.

I've actually taken a couple of days off work to begin my Christmas shopping. I have gifts that need to be bought and sent overseas.

I wasn't visiting QoS this time Sleeps, I last saw her in mid summer. Hoping to meet up sometime before the festive season though We went orf to Southend on an overnight trip to see a show at the Pavilion We like to go at least once a year as we found a great little budget hotel and part of the trip's fun is going back there, they do great dinners and breakfasts for very little dosh

He was really good for an old geezer. The whole show was! We hadn't heard of him before this but The Manfreds were great as was PP Arnold. We love a bit of live music and ancient or modern [the last one was so modern not many follks have heard of them yet] we always have a fab night out

Afternoon all.........latest update on possessed TV........it switched on!

I must be giving off electrical impulses or something.........with my old car the central locking behaved bizarrely, you couldn't close the driver door until the C/L clicked 3 times! In the van I'm now driving the C/L is insane, it randomly clicks off & on when I'm driving or sitting in traffic etc. I also had the sensor from one of the doors removed, but it still clicks on & off at will!
I had a patch of 'damp' on the floor, in the cupboard under the stairs, which just appeared, I kept smelling a musty smell & discovered it was coming from the cupboard. That dried out & I cleaned it, then a few weeks later there was another damp patch on the floor (in two places this time). I've had a plumber out a couple of times & he's baffled & doesn't know where it's come from!
There's nothing on the ceiling or water marks on the wall...........He suggested the house is probably haunted, not quite the answer I was looking for!

Och dry yer eyes & stop whining!

*rips down & sets fire to tacky decorations & deposits them through Eddy's letterbox, rips down all ridiculous posters & bins them*

How very dare you put things up on the wall without my permission!

You won't be getting served until you pay your outstanding bill!

You can get that rubbish down too.........I'll decide what/if/when the pub is decorated!


*marches into snug & pours fizzy water over Eddy's fat head, followed by the contents of Gorbals litter tray* get out of here, how dare you feed Parton & Gorbals rubbish like that!
