Me neither, but wot can you do!

Heehee, Timo would be on the phone to CatLine if I let him outside just now!
I'm sure they'll soon muck it up to their standards very soon.

Morning all peepsicles and poptarts! What a cold and frosty one it is, proper dragon breath outside it is! Thank heavens for thermals and fleeces I say....

I agree, far too soon for anything remotely to do with Mythmas. Another month before that kicks off methinks.

Large mug of tea please and a bowl of porridge!

You can always get round that by putting the clean blankies down then wiping them over with the dirty ones. Then they smell acceptable

You're welcome.

*thinks* Eddy must have been sniffing chinny's socks, I wasn't even here last night!

*cuffs chinny round the lugs* he's barred from here, serve him again & yer sacked!

Hmmmm, I'm not so sure about this, when I buy a poppy I'm not glorifying war, nor do I only think it should be British soldiers honoured. However, for as long as there are humans on earth there will be wars, for as long as there are Governments there will be wars!
I think it's perhaps a tad naive to think war will ever stop.
I don't agree with war, I never have, but I will still honour the veterans who saved us from Hitler.

He's barred.
The white poppies have been around for 80 years and were started by the Women’s Co-operative movement. They remember the innocent victims of conflict and there are so many of those around today who are being used as pawns in oligarch’s power games. The Legion says that Red Poppies are to remember only British armed forces and those who fought alongside them. The white poppies remember them and others, too.

Been having our chimney repaired. It’s massive and it could have fallen through the roof at any time. When we first moved here we had a chimney fall off over my son’s bedroom. It just rolled off the roof and broke a few tiles but this chimney is much bigger.

I'd only ever wear a white one But as SR said I will always give thanks for those who gave their lives in the two World Wars so that we have our freedom. I give money to the Haig fund but I won't wear the red poppy.
