Ta muchly, ahhhh that's a better size! *warms mitts on bucket*

I think I'll put my skates back on and have another go on the rink!
You could be entered for the Ice Skating Championships.
The one two weeks ago (Star) was natural cause but something ate poor Rusty. She was a lovely hen that came round with us when we walked the cats.

Se was lonely and we were going to try to get her a couple of companions (quite expensive at this time of year). We won’t do that now, just wait until the weather gets better next year and restock – I’ve tracked down a big supplier in County Durham so it will be a nice trip out to pick them up.

I’ll just have the prawn and mussel pie please.
Awwww wee shame, I can only hope it was quick for her.
Good evening everyone.

Thanks Chin and whatever you are having.

Gemo, sorry about your chickens. I used to keep them as well as turkeys and ducks, but I gave them away when foxes started to hang around.

In the middle of London!
You're a trouble maker.

Chin, serve her dinner over her head.

Rearrange these words............kettle..........black.........pot.
Evening new arrivals *clunks*

Good evening everyone.

Thanks Chin and whatever you are having.

Gemo, sorry about your chickens. I used to keep them as well as turkeys and ducks, but I gave them away when foxes started to hang around.
What a shame about the chooks, Gemo I well remember when the fox got my neighbours chickens back in 2014 Hopefully next year your new chooks will fare better
Evening peeps and ta very muchly for the um 'entertainment' fb. Sorry to hear about your chickens Gemo. Sounds like a fox to me.

*clunks & clatters*
I think it must have been a fox. That day something seriously spooked Shadow and he turned into a spitting ball of fury on his walk and headed for Willow. When I got him back inside it was as if a switch had been turned off and he was completely back to himself and a bit surprised. Talked about it with the cat group and it’s displacement behaviour when a serious threat is sensed but can’t be got at so the anger is directed to the nearest thing. I think a fox would produce that reaction.

Well I won’t have to worry about the chucks over winter and we don’t get eggs from them then. Our neighbour has chickens too I haven’t heard if anything has happened to them.

Good morning everyone. May be disrupted soon because the chimney repair work will be moving indoors. Damage was caused by a guy doing the guttering not removing an obstacle but cutting the guttering to go round it. Earlier this year we had a waterfall down the chimney breast during a heavy rain shower.

Hi Chin.

A glass of mulled wine and whatever you're having. I've just 'borrowed' some hot mince pies from a party elsewhere in my office building so tuck in.
