Good morning to you on this rather mild and sunny morning.

Twassington has the cash. She can pay. In return I have all the major Sunday newspapers for her to peruse.

So, mind your own. More tea please.

Good evening everyone.

Behave! You are not allowed to do that!!! It may not be our main currency but the Euro is still legal tender. So there!!! Fix your vending machines or I will report you to the Brussels authorities and the Pope.

Have a lovely evening.

A stella please with a packet of roasted mixed nuts. Thank you.
You do that & see how far you get! *mutters* eejit!
Hi there sleeps.

No, I do not want any of those mixed nuts.

Another stella please. Charge it to the staff account as I've been asked to help out behind the bar in the event that it's a busy Sat night.
As if!

I've been here 8 yrs & never heard of that ?

You'll be staying that side of the bar fella, Hope Gemo got her new cat Willow today !

You'll be watching Ant & Dec anyway !
He'll be seeing stars very shortly!
Sad news about ........ Magician and entertainer Paul Daniels has been diagnosed with terminal cancer,
It's very sad......but.........why would you want the world & their dog to know before you actually died? I can't think of anything worse than people looking miserable in your presence (& people would treat you differently), & seeing things written & spoken about in the media.
It's almost like he wanted to see the reaction of people who had heard this news. I saw in a newspaper a tweet someone had sent his wife, it said, ''So sorry to hear the news, Debbie''. WTF! I'm assuming it wasn't particularly good news for Paul Daniels either.
Good morning you lot.

Hi there twassington.

SR confiscated my key. You could smash a window seeing that it's an emergency, I'm sure the powers that be would approve.

Really.........I wouldn't advise that, you may find yerself up in court for criminal damage!

*Reluctantly hands over hard earned cash.*

Tea please with a full traditional breakfast. Eggs should be well done and the toast lightly buttered. A couple of spoons of your finest smooth cut marmalade on a saucer. Hurry up.

’d affynon.

Exhausted. Was a 12 hour round trip to get Willow.
Shadow was totally over excited when we got back and loved Willow but he did drag her by her throat across the sitting room (normal-ish apparently but very alarming) so they will not be left alone together for a while. It hasn‘t happened since and Shadow is responding to the command Kind when he’s being too rough with Willow. It didn’t take him very long to learn Gentle and not dig his claws into my hand when he was being given a treat. He now takes them with his mouth. If the paws go up, I say Gentle and they go straight down.

It is much calmer now with both kitties sleeping. Mr G is around so I can safely go for a bath. She had our hearts in our mouths earlier when she decided to run along the banister seventeen feet above us.

They do have nine lives!! But it may be as well to roll up a duvet and lay it under the bannister.........

I think the two kittens have now decided to catch up on the sleep they missed. Willow is cuddled up next to me.

Willow slept in bed with us yesterday. Shadow had started only coming into the bedroom in the morning for cuddle but he wasn’t bothered this morning. The do get n well but Shadow is so much bigger than Willow and gets a bit carried away when he’s playing so I worry he will hurt her.

Yep. Shadow had to have a temporary lull in sleeping with us when I was recovering from my eye op and had to wear a patch at night. fter that we just left it up to him. He normally scratched the door about an hour before we’re due to get up so he can try to wash our faces.
