Good evening.

Took the cats to the vet because Willow still had her eye problem after a week. She’s totally well apart from that. The vet said to bring Shadow along as well – I think she just wanted to see him – and he’s 100%.

Mr G was going to book a break for us (this one) but the date Mr G had booked was only six days after my hospital visit and if there was something wrong we would have to cancel and probably not get anything back so I said not to go ahead. I’m a bit frightened of flying and to do a long haul straight off is a really scary.
That's good news, your vet must be rubbing her hands with glee. You should have asked for some eye ointment for Timo while you were there.

The break looks interesting, but the far East has never appealed to me.
I’ve pesuaded myself it would be like Hong Kong and Cancun (two places I wasn’t very impressed by) and there’s terrorism and earthquakes. So I don’t want to go anyway.
That's very true nowadays, unfortunately.
Moaning peeps

The bloody dog woke me up tae get out, & I cant get back to sleep !
Norty woofs. Still, better asking to get outside than 'doing it' inside!
He sounds just like Timo.
Most of the cover bands I'll be seeing aren't either, chins. Although tonight the REAL Doctor and the Medics are on....seen them about four times and they are fabulous despite the Doctor being about 93!!!!

'Kinell!

Poor Willow seemed pretty ill last night, having to open her mouth to breathe, but she was eating OK and was quite happy to chase her feather stick after she had a nap. We had a bit of a sleepless night because she likes to sleep at our feet and we kept checking she was OK when we couldn’t feel her moving. She had a good sneeze this morning and her eyes look much better.

I’ve been to Thailand and Japan and they were fine but they’re big, busy cities and that’s not my favourite thing. I would like to do the trip sometime but not immediately after the Tenerife trip which I thought may have blinded me. I am very anxious about my next trip and want it to be something simple.

It's really scary when you just know there's something not quite right with them. I remember when wee Saffy had trouble breathing........she was lying on the back of the settee with her head hanging lower down than the rest of her body, & her breathing was quite shallow. Turned out she was asthmatic & was always worse with tree & grass pollen. She was prescribed prednisolone which I gave her orally for a short time in spring/early summer.

You'll just have to settle for Portobello beach.

Afternoon all

Here in 5 minutes. Enjoy.

Save the leftovers for Sleeps to enjoy. He needs to eat something as he's been hallucinating again. The poor man thinks he's turned the snug into a bierKeller.
