£2 per tab or three for £4.
You drive a hard bargain

’d evening.

Mr G is away at the weekend and I’m getting anxious about a million silly things.

I shall be spending the next few days trying to get my head in a calm place. There’s people in terrible situations and I have nothing at all to worry about. I hate getting myself into stupids panics.
Do you ever meditate Gemo? Helps very much to calm yourself right down and put your head in a good place

I used to, I did a lot of yoga, but I find it difficult now.

My jacuzzi used to help me zone out but it broke a couple of years ago and I think it will cost a fortune to fix and I can manage without.

We’ve had a load of water from the rain wreck one of our walls. So we are going to have to move our TV watching to another room (why should I complain, we HAVE another room). It has occured to us that the other room would fit a massage chair.

I find the state I get into totally embarrassing. I have nothing to worry about but my body doesn’t believe me. And I’m getting worse as I get older.

Thanks, chin.

Things are fine apart from my head going into worst case scenario mode and even if that did happen we could deal with it.

Scrub the massage chair. I’ve just looked at some on t’internat and they’re hideous.

Mr G has got me a colouring book and some pens.

I was going to start a knitting project but with two crazy kittens I think it may add to the stress.

I usually start a big Jigsaw in the Jigsaw World ap.

As if! I don't buy food from vans.
Afternoon all, I am back in one piece! First shenanigans of the year survived

Two teas please and two spam rolls with brown sauce
Welcome back, twass.
*rubs tummy*

Tuck in old bean, now that it's fresh and hot and before that blooming trouble maker turns up.

And we got a free 6 pack of premium lager.

*prepares large bill for Eddy the Crook to cover canage & plateage*
Oh well done Eddy! *Tucks in* Yeah! Bloomin' troublemaker!

£2 per tab or three for £4.

Them's my prices.

Wot have you been told about dealing in the pub?

Morning Joe, where did you go? (betcha it was the Saltire).
Yes the temperature really dropped last night after such a glorious day. It was warmer in the East yesterday than it was in Barcelona!
Today is pretty dull & miserable. Ho hum.

I wanna word with you! Why did you allow Eddy the Crook to have food brought onto the premises? Why did you allow lager to be brought onto the premises, & consumed on the aforementioned premises? And what have you been told about selling 'drugs' on the premises? *kicks chinny's lardy arse all over the pub*
Go & get that cellar cleaned up, it's a disgrace!

*clatter*

I think I may have overdosed on Kalms.

Well I took some Kalms and I was still feeling agitated so I took some Tesco Stress relief tablets and found they contain the same thing.

Not planning on driving or operating heavy machinery so I’ll e fine and the dose of those is nothing compared to the Valerian tablets Mr G got me from the health food shop. ( don’t take them, they’re too strong).

You need a Blue Dreamer. 8 hours of chilled out bliss. Shame it's illegal
