I'm going to deduct from his wages everytime Eddy the Crook steals from me, & everytime chinny decides to be led through the nose by him. That should bring chinny to heel.

You did offer me a free drink!

Chin is an excellent bar personage. A proper professional. He can get a bar job anywhere, especially with a reference from me.

So you can cough up for the Guinness you stole, before you get served again!

Aye right then, he would soon be found out, I constantly make allowances for him. No-one else would.

We're being taxed for less reasons than that in which the Americans revolted against us over in the 1700's.

Bloody heartless gits! As long as their rich cronies & themselves (of course) are Ok that's all that matters!

Yes they are, all back slapping cretinous morons!

The 'sugar tax' is a smokescreen too, I don't for one second believe the revenue will help any schools either. Why just target fizzy drinks? There are a lot more effective ways they could combat obesity. What was wrong with making companies put on the products how many spoonfuls of sugar are actually in it?
What is wrong with the traffic lights system they now have on various foods. Parents should be allowed to make decisions regarding their children, not the Government!

Small businesses are always hit with business tax etc, yet the multi-million making companies appear to get off scot free! It's a joke!

No I certainly did NOT!

*deducts price from chinny's wages*

Not sure how it works but going limited and paying corporation tax and being limited meant that we no longer had to sell our equipment to pay the tax bill in April (that’s what we had to do because we were taxed on money we had sent invoices out for but had received the payments for). It used to be a worrying time of year.

’d affynoon all.

I’m going to be home alone for ages and I’m missing a Somali cat show ’cos Mr G has got a Photo Trade Show. Because Willow is just recovering from th snuffles I’m not willing to leave them.

I get really pee’d off that a lot of the fast food chains don’t have fizzy water. I don’t eat them very often but I sometimes try them at motorway service stations and I know KFC didn’t have the water.

Afternoon all peeps. I hope IDS and Osborne end up disabled living on a pittance! That would change their tune

The time will soon pass, Gemo. Maybe tackle a job you've left not done for ages....work makes the hours fly by!

It's wrong that small businesses are forced to do that just to keep their head above water!
I'm assuming you meant to type 'hadn't' been paid for.

Afternoon *clunk*

Och I'm sure you'll have fun with the kittens, the time will fly past.

They prefer to sell sweet sugar laden junk!

Yes, funny how all these politicians have not the slightest inkling of what hardship is yet they are perfectly happy to inflict it on the most vulnerable in society

Yep. Top companies have agencies to do their advertising booking and they don’t pay for years. We are currently chasing a 4-figure sum from 2012 for advertising booked on behalf of large camera company beginning with C (not one ad. but a series). Because we have been in business for so long we are cushioned and we don’t spend money as soon as it comes in, but it must be really difficult for new companies.

I will and our cat sitter says she’ll come down and sit me as well.

Actually she said she’d come round for kitten walking because, although Shadow are very good on their leads, they never seem to want to go in the same direction

There’s a few of those, but Mr G got me a colouring book and some pens and I think he would be very disappointed if I hadn’t had a shot at it.

Doesn’t IDS crash at his father-in-law’s gaff?
