Fire For Kids Camera Issue

Hi all. This wee problem is driving me nuts. We have a Kindle for a child and it has her own profile set up and parental controls enabled. The camera is disabled as I don't want her filling up the memory with photos and videos but for some reason when it's connected to the internet the camera roll icon appears on her carousel. This isn't a problem in itself except that it allows access to photos and videos when clicked, even though the camera is deactivated in the parental controls.

It's sending me mad as all the memory gets filled up and I have to sit and delete them all (just had to sit and delete a combination of 173 photos and videos) in order to allow games etc. to be put on when she wants a new game.

Has anyone ever heard of this problem and is there a way to sort it?

You could contact Amazon using the support app.
