Yep I do - I think it's far too edited - there doesn't seem to be any coherence to any of it.

I think the dramas have been planned and rehearsed before they go in and it's alll nonsensical. The thing is lines are blurred between reality/and acting.

A lot of them have done reality TV and think that the hammed up OTT performances are actually what real life is.

I like BB to be about people being themselves - most of them in there don't really know what 'themselves' is.

I'm not explaining myself too well but I know what I mean.

The only 'normal' people in there will be voted out because they're not interesting enough. Personally I don't think they're uninteresting they're simply not acting up and contriving conflict and drama.

So, will they be putting someone else in at this point?

Coming out of hiding to comment on this. Sorry that he's going, if he'd been on form he'd have been a quality housemate but he clearly wasn't himself.

His lack of 80's slasher knowledge was one of the few things that disappointed me about him! But 'Spider Following' earned him a new fan in me. I'm pleased he's gone home, it was getting a bit silly and pointless just keeping him in another room.

I could care less who wins now.

I think anyone who has to leave for medical reasons does get their full fee as do those who are voted out early. It is only the walkers that get as reduced amount.

No chance they still have another 5 to evict excluding tomorrow.

They overloaded with 16 to cover walkers

I thinks its all set now for stephs so called boyfriend to go in. I say so called because i thought at first he was just a regular bf. But he is not. Ive learnt he does reality shows for a living as well. Would not surprise me if they are all prepped by the same agent.

NOOOOOOOOOO - put Alan Carr in - God knows why that randomly popped into my head but I think it'd be hilarious.

David was the only genuinely nice one there. Was reall routing for him to win. Hope it's nothing too serious and that he recovers soon.

No you are explaining yourself perfectly and actually I agree. I guess I ahave just recalibrated to expect a 'produced' show. I wish it were otherwise, but in the context of what BB has now become I am entertained. Mind you I do think it is the forum that enterttains me more the the show. I suspect if DS didn't exisit I would have given up on BB some years ago.

Hope he is ok but let's be honest as I feared would the case he wasn't the same person he was a decade ago in the jungle .

Nor was he worth that amount of money

Absolutely - that's really strange when you think about it.

It really is a pretty c*ap show nowadays - proper trash TV - not my cup pf tea at all and yet - I return year after year - I do think it's only because of this place.

I'm gutted that he has gone. I agree it wasn't the right environment for him, you could see him getting lower and lower with all the contrived drama.

Gutted, He was one of the few that I liked, and like him or hate him I think its fair to say he must have been in good contention?

I wonder if his decision to leave was hurried along by Steph's sectioning? Big Brother perhaps realising that having that spare room permanently in use was creating a logistical problem? Its pretty obvious Steph's cell was an improvisation.

Either way its a shame. Get Well Soon David (Gest)

Yes - if he had his own reality series, I would definitely watch that. He's lovely.
