I just don't get it, what is that all about? Is Gemma trying to look cool, or she is just demented, it must be some sort of celeb thing, but Gemma is not a real celeb though. If she is then is a Z LISTER!

I saw someone mention that the lights are really bright in the house, particularly when you're lying in bed looking straight at them.

I just kind of assumed the housemates were tools or had hangovers, but this is the explanation apparently!

Yeah that makes sense, the lights do look kind of harsh, probably to help the cameras.

I think they are tools, well Gemma certainly is. I've suffered loads of hangovers in my life but never had to sustain to wearing sunglasses indoors. Maybe she is trying to hide her devils eyes from us all.

There used to be a rule (in normal BB) where sunglasses were forbidden indoors

Well it still exists

Only when chopping onions.

They tend to wear them in the morning, so I just assumed they're being vain and don't want the viewers to see their morning bags.

Big brother banned them a few years back when in the days of BBLB, they used to have the psychologists and body language experts analyse them. Housemates took to wearing huge dark glasses almost 24/7 it was thought to prevent their expressions being "read" by the experts.

As they no longer do this I suppose they don't bother with this rule anymore but they do look tools laying in bed with huge sunglasses on.

Most houses don't have huge florescent white studio lights in the ceiling though. It's often forgotten that it's not a real house, it's a TV studio.

Shet shouldn't be allowed to wear them.

When Gemma had them on the diary room just now I thought it was because she was masking how upset she was. Sure enough when she started talking to BB she broke down in tears.
