Saying he would have glued it together!
Seriously C4, this fools needs to go! He is beyond a joke as a pundit and nothing more than a waste of air!

Wow, really?
I thought he was decent today.
IMHO there was alot more to have a go at on C4 than Steve Jones.

Each to their own though

Don't forget Jerry is up duff with Christians' baby, although she'd better watch out, he hasn't got the greatest record of hanging about once his kid is born!

Wasn't Palmer's broken chassis actually cracked around the seat belt mounts?

I'm pretty sure Gary Anderson wouldn't have let EJ get away with that back in the day.

I had forgotten about the Horners, even with their mugs staring out of the front of OK! magazine just a few metres away in the petrol station where I'm working...

Quite liked the Steve Jones bit about DC doing the track guide on foot as he didn't have the experience to drive it. (With it being off the calendar during DC's career!)

Just catching up....

Enjoyed Juan Pablo's perspective today.

It got added to the long list of things that FOM introduced & then very quickly took away.

Line comparisons, Helmet & other OnBoard camera locations, Tyre temperature graphics, Thermal imaging camera, Rotating OnBoards, Brake-bias graphics, Picture in picture & more....

MotoGP had a great line comparison feature at Sepang this weekend: Dorna located a stationary camera at the final corner which covered the corner entrance and exit in one shot without the need to pan the camera. It was great to see the different lines there. Something which would work in F1 as well. But as lousy as FOM is nowadays it is more likely they will use a stationary camera for pointless crowd shots....

The DHL fastest pit stop award seems to have morphed in to the DHL fast lap award for some reason - maybe a lack of timing data?

The award referenced on Sky changed though to fastest lap - bit strange with the break bumpers referencing pit stops! Wonder if it will go back to normal this week.

F1 has used it before I think during the BBC's comeback year and not with stationary cameras but with lines and overlapping cars on top of each other as the camera moved through the corner. It was a great idea but dropped after a few races. Shame as it worked quite well.

WRC have been using a drone locked to GPS co-ordinates to do comparisons in corners this year.

WRC have been getting some fantastic shots using drones through the year, Nice feature on them here.
