I don't know, But i've heard that FOM want to put at least the extra interactive feeds on the F1 Access portal for live streaming (World feed still locked to broadcasters), now that's kinda pointless if Sky's online streaming is 30secs behind live yet C4 is 20secs behind live. Having a unified backend across all broadcasters would ensure that each person is getting the same quality & sync with their streams. I mentioned "standardisation" because the article said that instead of Broadcasters serving the streams themselves, some (the 23) were already just tapping into tata's network and letting them do all that, as far as the F1 feeds are concerned.
