Does she? Maybe the same reason as Steph.

I'm sorry but I'm gonna call it what it is. Tiffany is a black American woman and when she swears she goes off she is the real deal granted. Steph and Megan go off and try to give it all that but they still go off on one in the same way as Tiffany but it's not a big deal - why is that? please don't tell me that it is because they are young and stupid.

It just gets me so angry that they can stand there and say that Tiffany's anger is worse than Megan's or Stephanie's. Out of all of them I'd say Megan's was the worse, she actually had to have security to control her but noone batters an eyelid.

No wonder Tiffany feels frustrated - she can't do anything about her race of her nationality.”

Apparently, there's a double standard within the house. Certainly, there's one on here

I don't think she was being tactical last night, frustrated, yes, at being disliked, so she argued and dismissed her nominators. She was forthright, opinionated, angry, but not scary per se, Maybe anger scares you?

Megan?
Steph?
Angie?

Scary too?

You can't take being nominated so personally.”

Tiff's only ever dabbled in tactics, the feedback from the majority of hm's taught her the unique difference between this and the shows she's familiar with. i.e it is so personal in CBB, right down to whether you make someone a cuppa.

She takes pleasure in intimidating people. It seems to be her thing. When Angie told her she'd been afraid when Tiffany "came at her" she just laughed at her and said it had made her feel better. Then she did it again.

Why do people keep saying Tiffany was a scapegoat? Maybe they just don't like her? She's a pretty unpleasant person from what I can see and if I was in there I'd never risk talking to her just because she's so explosive. I wouldn't have the energy.

Would you talk to Steph or Megan.

I feel sorry for Tiffany, she is black and an American. I would be upset if every one except John nominated me. She doesn't have any friends in the house, it must have been awful.

The fact she is American appears to be the issue appears to be a problem with some people who appear to have a problem with any American H/M's.

oh FFS. Do you realize how many nominations she's received? More than any of them. And there was one time when she couldn't be nominated at all, and two of them ... there were only 2 nominations possible.

And sure she's aware of "the nature of the show". I mean, she knew that there was to be no outside contact, didn't she.

One of? Please provide a list. And make sure they're "volcanic."

I would generally not get involved with them too much either, but in casual conversation I would not avoid them. They are explosive during arguments and fights, not in a general sense. They're still horrible, but Tiffany seems to have a constant attitude that never lets up. That feeling that you must tip-toe constantly for fear of getting ripped.

Gawd yes, did you see how upset she was in today's (Thursday) show about being nominated. Not.

I really do just think that people who see her as being "intimidating" have issues, because she's just not. Unless intelligent black American women intimidate you.

Can we now put to bed the ridiculous idea that Tiffany is called intimidating and such because of her race rather than her behavior? Given the woman herself has admitted that she 'controls' the housemates by intimidation so its clearly on purpose?

I mean, she is my fave but when these boards pop up its a bit silly given we all have eyes and can kinda see that she does actually come across intimidating and rather aggressive.

I think the threat is based on peoples perceptions. People perceive a threat in a black person and therefore see a threat in Tiffany.

The threshold for her to be seen as aggressive is so low.

No one is interested in the merit of what Tiffany says when she's upset. But when Megan upset people look past (or snigger at) the behaviour and look at the content of what she's said. When Megan went over to Tiffany's bed no body held Megan back. As soon as Tiffany sat up from her bed then all of a sudden people are jumping in. Was nobody worried about Tiffany when Megan was standing over her bed screaming.

The only way a black person can win that show is if they act like subservient fool - aka Brian Belo.
