She told him, "get out of my face", which distressed the poor lamb as it might make him look bad and he's desperate to avoid that.

John said he's spiralling into addiction and Tiffany said he's an aggressive misogynist who gets in womens' faces. It suits his purposes to spin it that way and pretend to be a kicked puppy about it all.

I think it was the word distressed that made him sound even more puppy dog - like.
Most people would have said pissed me off or upset me.

The only thing I can think of is the "David is dead" thing. He told BB that there was a brief moment where he was pulling back those bed covers and genuinely thought David Gest had died.

Ah yes, that would make more sense for using the word distressed. But it wasn't really Tiffany's fault, it was a misunderstanding.

I agree, a complete misunderstanding. But I suppose it may have still been distressing to think just for a minute that one of your housemates was dead!
What name??

She told him o get out of her face and picked him as the boring housemate. What a bitch!

Darren has caused a fair amount of distress in his time with his womanizing. He forgives John one minute and runs off to Gemma to bitch about him the next.

I like Tiffany but when she starts whingeing about being nominated and being rude to those who are nominating her it seriously does my head in! That speech she felt she was entitled to give when Steph was supposed to be nominating made me cringe. They were told not to speak by BB so why was she not asked to sit down by BB?!?! She should be punished. Everyone deserves to have their say when nominating, she did, so everyone else their chance! I've been a BB/CBB fan since day dot but I'm getting annoyed with BB's attempts to make an argument happen by making the HM's nominate face to face etc. Once in a while is ok but bring back the diary room noms! We've always had plenty of drama that way too as people start being wary with their HM's and trying to figure out who nominated them. BB seem to be doing a lot these days to also give them information from the outside world by making them read tweets about themselves or doing tasks that rely on what the public think. It is getting really annoying!!! I can't help but tune in every year though, I'm a loyal fan even if I get annoyed with it at times!

Didn't Tiffany say she wouldn't mind a piece of Darren if he wasn't married, then BB broadcast it into the house ?

“I know he's married but I think he's really cool and attractive. I'm really trying to grow a little friendship with him or at least see how far our friendship goes."”

Who's trying to get closer to Darren?

I think you're right as that is the right word for this situation. It also suits his character to hold onto something negative and never to let go despite apologies and agreeing to draw a line under it in John's case and the fact that it was a mistake and misunderstanding in Tiff's case.
