tranferring tubix app music to laptop from iphone5c

can anyone offer any advice please.
My daughter has an iphone 5c, she has lots of music on the phone that she would like to transfer onto USB STICK, I have trawled the internet for anything that I can do it with but found nothing,,,,,, thanks

Try a manual backup using CopyTrans

The problem is that when I coonect the 5c to my laptop via usb, the iphone shows up but the only files that show are picture files,,,, all of her music was downloaded using the Tubex app,,, no folders show on her 5c

Try installing CopyTrans anyway.

You may need to install iTunes to get the full USB drivers on the PC. However, do not do a sync in iTunes! Just install it, Don't run it. Then try CopyTrans again.

I already have itunes on my laptop.

Don't sync the iPhone 5C with it.

Have you tried CopyTrans?

Edit: what is tubix anyway? The only hit on Google is this thread!

Its Tubex if you google it, there is lots of information comes straight up

I think you may be wasting your time then. Tubex is just caching YouTube videos for offline use, so I don't think you could transfer them like you would MP3s.

However, you have nothing to lose by trying CopyTrans anyway.

If your daughter wants music from YouTube on a USB stick there are probably other ways to do it. I should point out that it may be copyright infringement though.
