But that's not what happened.
Even in the house a bit later on she said to other housemates that the mistake came about because she simply didn't say 'Bowie'. Now she's retrospectively changing what we saw and heard them say.

And even though Tiffany might have thought she'd said 'Guest' she didn't. That wasn't said either.

Both statements are true, it's the time line that's become twisted Angie didn't and she did mention David Gest.

Angle didn't mention Gest in the initial conversation with Tiffany she just said David is dead.

Later when Tiffany was outside shouting to the other HM's that Angie was a liar and had told her David Gest was dead she did say no not Gest my David, David Bowie.

Miss remembering what happened and when is a common fault we all have especially when we are shocked or upset at the time.

She was already given the green light to walk at any time and keep her fee after David BOWIE died.

I believe she was ill. Just because she was throwing stuff about doesn't mean she wasn't feeling unwell, sleep deprivation and being under the weather don't stop you from being frustrated, if anything it's easier to vent

She said she was on blood pressure medication and couldn't go without sleep- hypertension can be deadly you do realise that don't you?

That would be really hard to edit to or from anything else. Not impossible, but why would they even bother?

She reminded me of will.i.am on The Voice, really funny and sharp on the (edited pre-recorded ) auditions show but slow and bumbling on the live one. It was all very odd. As for the David's dead debacle, though she did take some of the blame she did come across as being sarcastic and actually seemed to be blaming Tiff for being thick in not picking up on her unique nuances and being totally in tune with her particular life which rankled with me. When Tiff heard David is dead the only sensible and rational choice was David Gest. Even Daniella said when the misunderstanding became clear that David Bowie wasn't dead either. Anyone would have thought it was Gest Angie was referring to but she laughed sneeringly at Tiff because she didn't know Tiff cared so much for David Gest A HM had died. Did everyone else overreact when they thought it was Gest

She definitely wanted to shift the blame squarely towards Tiff.

She did not want the blame to shift towards Tiffany. She was merely explaining what happened, and at no time did she imply or invite criticism of Tiffany.

As for the pace - BOTS tends to be very rushed in its style, and she probably hadn't ever watched it, so wouldn't be aware of the format when she was being interviewed. Once the programme had moved on a bit more, she "clicked" as to what was expected, and immediately delivered short, succinct contributions which were entirely in keeping with the format of the show.

She's a writer, she likes to paint the picture.

I said that she took some of the blame but this was on the surface as she also suggested Tiff was stupid for not confirming which David and for over reacting when she thought Gest had died. I'd have preferred her to say she was in the wrong there. Clearly Tiff's eventual melt down was solely down to herself but the initial confusion was very much Angie's responsibility and making out Tiff is thick isn't on and is an attempt to shift the blame.

What I meant by reported speech was that now after the event she is telling us what was meant rather than repeating what was said at the time. She was very clear in taking the blame. but as well as recounting the event I think she was trying to describe the thought process she was having at the time. I think she was trying to highlight the unspoken meaning each party had in their heads which led to the misunderstanding.

Anyway whatever its still probably my favourite ever BB moment.

She did take the blame and she didn't imply Tiff was stupid. In answer to Rylan asking what was going through her mind she said

What was going through my mind was... What kind of a moron are you Angie that you would tell this woman anything and expect her to follow it? Because I didn't say David Bowie. It was my fault. I should have said David Bowie. I didn't say David Gest either. I said DAVID.

Then she talks about the misunderstanding being down to Britsh and American uses of the language.

But Tiff at the time said she said Gest and now Angie has come out she has said Tiffany said Gest too.

It was great seeing Angie again. I really miss her in the house. Too many youngsters left in the house. I find them boring and without character. I hope Daniella wins cbb as for me she is the only genuine housemate left. She is herself and doesn't try to be something she's not. I don't find her playing a game like the others do.

She said on Loose Women today that she didn't get her fee. She just got a daily payment for each of the days she was in the house. She said she didn't care about the payment - she just felt too ill to stay.

I don't know if I believe her.

It was truly unforgettable TV. I don't think anyone who was watching that night will ever forget it!

Surely this is suggesting Tiff is stupid? Angie of course is only a moron in not anticipating exactly how stupid Tiff is. . hmm Also, she wondered why Tiff didn't clarify with her which David which is ridiculous in my view but yes she explained it by talking about the difference between British and American use of language which I agree made no sense. Also, she rolled her eyes at Tiff being so overwrought at the idea of Gest dying but wouldn't anyone be so at the idea another HM had died?

Like I say I know she admitted blame but the blame she put at Tiff's door seemed to be about her being stupid and not acting in a manner and speaking in a way that she would or a less stupid person would.
