I'm starting to feel like a capitalist whore
I'm not saying I'm switching off just yet (although I'm close).
But the last few nights have been up there with the worst ever in terms of the "sh*t stirring" by BB producers (and I've been a fan since day one). Yes, I know they've done this in the past. But the WHOLE SHOW is now based on conflict. On generating negativity. And we find it "stimulating"?! There is no true sense of social interaction or engagement between HMs anymore. There are tiny snippets, but it's like they allow us an "uplift", only to be followed by more negative plotting. They don't trust human interaction to be entertaining enough (which it is!). Most hardcore BB fans LOVE the old format and if they returned to it, you would still have enough drama, but it would be far more real and meaningful. I still find some of it engaging in terms of people's egos and how they attempt to bring resolution. But I'm not sure how long I can s*ck Endemol's c*ck for. |

Nope - I'm with you Gelefsky! I want some humour in the house please. ATM the only scene which has made me LOL was Chris & Darren, talking about Gemma's "bacon".
![]() I was hoping that David would lighten things up, but it wasn't to be.

Agree it's getting too much. Gone are the days in BB where there were fun tasks and laughing.
There's enough doom and gloom around without screaming, swearing and fighting all the time. |

![]() I was hoping that David would lighten things up, but it wasn't to be. ![]() In a sort of way, David DID (unwittingly) provide that with what was arguably one of the most farcical, funniest, and unscripted moments in BB history: The "David is Dead" debacle! Apart from that, the series has forcibly played too much on our addiction to conflict. |

In totally agree with the opening post too, This has has been the most tedious celebrity BB yet. I Can't see how celebrity BB differs from the civilian one any more and can't imagine anyone other than the reality faux celebs signing up in the future.
