She's a big character getting lots of airtime so she'll be safe in most eviction scenarios for the moment anyway.
She doesn't like games so it'll depend what they have to do whether she even takes part.
Purple.

If she didn't take part.

If I was in charge, I would then put them all up for nomination, and then watch the fireworks explode

She did say on the Live Feed last night that she knew the Executive Producer, as they worked on TOWIE.

Now, I'm not one to scream nepotism... but...

That means nothing Helen Wood was friends with some of production team when she went in first time and she didn't win a pass to the final did she.

Oh hang on ....

She is so thick skinned she won't give a toss . She will do it and and will win , it will be a fix. Producers give into her all the time.

Exactlyl, and it's happening again.

No surprise if it does happen. More and more over the last few years it is becoming obvious that the show is scripted and rehearsed. The regulators need to examine the voting in detail too, as it surely doesn't represent what 'Joe Public' are actually thinking (and voting!). The whole thing is becoming a cringeworthy crock of sh*t.

Gemma was in the top 3 out of 7 after a pretty awful week ... she doesn't need immunity

Indeed. Exactly as it turned out. FIX.

No, surely they wouldn't think their viewers are that stupid. Of course she won't because that would look too obvious.

Even if she did at least they wouldn't make her mask the last one to pop up.

The gold mask was always going to be the last one to pop up, to build the tension.

It was the smug look Gemma had on her face throughout that task, as if she knew she was going to win it, that bothered me.

It was obvious who was going to win it, Hilarious how Steph and Gemma were the final two. This show is definitely fixed.

Agreed, lots of close ups of her and she looked like she knew she was going to win (tipped off in the DR earlier in the day perhaps?). BB are not as clever as they think though, as most people already smell a rat.

It looked suspicious, but I think it probably was random. The cretin has fans though, so I don't think she needed immunity, more's the pity. It would have been nicer if the challenge involved some form of skill or intelligence. Or if it was to be purely random, have each housemate draw a ball/envelope.

The fact it's not and that the random games could be so easily manipulated by the producers (even back to the previous civilian series, where they drew envelopes but each were a different colour) creates an air of suspicion, even if it was genuinely random.

Rather odd that her mask appeared last though.....why not earlier in the sequence?

For "entertainment" purposes, the golden mask was always going to be the one that appeared last, regardless of who was standing behind it.

I'm no conspiracy theorist but the constant close ups of Gemma during the sequence make me think it must have been a fix (and anyone who thinks BB wouldn't be capable of rigging a task in a certain housemate's favour is naive).

I've answered this in another similar thread, but if they knew that whoever stood behind that podium was going to win, then they were inevitably going to have shots of them.

I'm not saying that they didn't fix it, just trying to see it from another side. The producers definitely create a rod for their own backs with their poorly executed meddling.

It was also Gemma mentioning "You know I ain't really good with tasks "
I watched back the clip of the part where they're doing the task.
Gemma did look very smug with a smirk on her face most the time like she wasn't trying as much as the others.
They seemed to have wires at the bottom of each podium. There must be a button operating it one for gold and one for white.

At first I misheard the task I thought they were saying all the housemates are up for eviction this week but if you want to save yourself you have to take part in tasks to earn immunity if you don't you face eviction so Gemma would've likely been up refusing to do a task but they put immunity box task in .

That would be the most generous interpretation but I wouldn't put it past them to rig a live televised task for a moment (strange how the task finished exactly on time too, just before the show went off air).

LOL, just woken up to the obvious result, as I can't be assed to sit through Lip Sync battle to see the second part of the show.

Just call me mystic smeg! I mean, how else could I (and numerous others) possibly have guessed Gemma would win

What a load of scripted crap this show has become

This is the killer give away. Look at Gemma's face throughout any other task or activity and you'll see nothing but a frowned faced vacant look.

She should have been banned from taking part as it was a task. There were probably 2 masks in every box.
