He has ruined season 11. I HATE it. Bring back Moffat

(wanted to get in first!)

I must agree with this, he showed The Doctor eating some food. Ruined the entire series 11 for me.

Can't believe this idiot's gone and made his own Doctor Who characters and stories just to fill his own inflated ego. Bring back the days of moon eggs and dinosaurs on spaceships, back when the show had plot.

I expect to see this post at the top of the threads within 5 minutes of his first episode in 2018.

If it isn't I will be very surprised (and slightly disappointed in the usual suspects).

It wasn't a serious question btw, but I move Hinchcliffe to be carried!

So, will it be:

Chris Chibnall: The Man Who Saved "Doctor Who"

Or

Chris Chibnall: The Man Who Killed "Doctor Who" ?

If he doesn't do well i wouldn't be putting all the blame on him. He has been put in a very difficult position.

I can't believe The Doctor spent the whole of season 11 trying to work out if it was the Daleks or the Cybermen who killed the little boy and in the end it was the assistant's husband...

I didn't like that "regeneration gone wrong" story either, that meant Peter Capaldi was replaced by David Tennant doing a Scottish accent.

I have to feel sorry for him, he's not quite as beloved or established in the public eye as RTD and Moffat were when they took the reigns and there'll be a huge amount of pressure on him after the success of his two predeccessors.

On a positive note, he is a very experienced worker in the TV industry.

Till he found it too difficult to fit in alongside Broadchurch:4 - and what with filming the movie as well I bet we will not even get an Xmas episode next year

If the Chibnall era doesn't begin with him turning around to face the camera followed by

INTRODUCING CHRIS CHIBNALL
AS
THE SHOWRUNNER

...then he can just pack up and go home.
