Was that the final nail in the BB coffin?

I stopped watching Civilian BB once Helen Wood won ... as soon as she was announced as the winner I switched off and haven't watched since. I thought I would miss it as I've watched all series since the first one, but I really didn't, and when I heard that they sent Helen Wood back in last year I was relieved I hadn't bothered with it.

I've stuck with the Celeb BB because it's a shorter run, and there's usually a few celebs in there who are bona fide famous and I'm curious to see how they'll cope. But in all honesty, after this series seems to have turned into the Gemma Collins show I don't think I'll be bothering again with the programme at all. Sad really - and I'll miss this forum.

Another problem is that there are very few worthwhile programmes on TV these days, and one ends up watching BB to see how bad it has become, as there is nothing else.

Bots/Sots is beyond the pale, basically a camp weirdo fest, which demands a brain cleanse after watching and the Live Feed is a joke as it so "arranged" it is as good as scripted.

They shouldn't call this travesty Big Brother as it is so divorced from the original concept it might as well be on a different planet.

Are the average members of the great British public really entertained by this banal rubbish?
