No John started it, he was the instigator, we all saw and heard it.
Just accept it and stop making excuses, especially when it means you end up telling untruths in front of people,who've all seen what happened.
Why did BB feel the need to compound Stephanie's embarrassment by concentrating a whole episode on this matter? It's bad enough that it was brought to the attention of all her housemates, but BB really didn't need to let all the viewers know about it? Maybe she will stop leaving her dirty underwear lying about, but it's a tough way for BB to force that lesson on her.

Think all 3 men were to blame. I personally wouldn't have paraded them around, but Stephanie still shouldn't leave her dirty washing for others to do. It's disgusting. She's bringing this on herself. She seems to have no morals at all.

Actually yes that is a good point. Knicker gate was an example of what Tiff is saying about John generally. He instigates things, moves them forward and controls them.
In this instance he told Chris not to hide the knickers, he helped spread the story about them, humiliated the owner by saying 'name and shame' and by doing all of this gave the green light to everyone to humiliate the owner also

Absolute tosh. The 3 lads together were to blame and it was Chris who called them over to look at them. The girls also disgusted me with what they did, but who in there right mind would leave a pair of dirty knickers for a fella she has know for 2 weeks to wash.
Gotta be honest, I would of flipped more that they were on the dining table....yuk.

I agree, shock giggling may be excusable, but, the 'exposure' was pure juvenile bitchiness, he ain't no man to look up too.
So tiff has a go at John was trying to humilate a young girl like that but turn a blind eye to Danielle and Gemma's bullying?

I'll be the first to admit John didn't handle it in the best way but unlike Gemma and her minions, I don't think there was anything malicious. Cast your minds back to week one when he was having a strop about the girls leaving thier bras in the toilets. He is genuinely a clean freak and said that outright on his VT. Also from the clips that don't make the HL show, he is fond of Stephanie and I really don't think he would go out of his way to cause her stress.
Gemma and Danielle on the other hand were pure nasty to Steph today but got a get out jail free card.
It's like I said in another thread, Johnny is a easy target. He is a scapegoat.
BTW, I'm not saying Johnny is completely innocent. The whole name and shame thing wasn't good. A bit of sensitivity and tact wouldn't go a miss but I don't think he would have said that had he knew it would have blew up in the way that it did.

Correct - similar to Gemma. Tiff was also still angry at John for how he went about discussing the Steph / Jeremy situation in the bedroom the other night.
