This has really been bugging me the past few days. I'm looking for a song from the very late 90's/early 00's. I've forgotten what the majority of the song goes like, but I remember clearly the video; it's sung by a lone woman with very short hair, and at one point she is walking down the middle of the road singing, then she takes off her coat and leaves it in the road, before going into a block of flats.
