Yeah, but they're still adults, regardless of how they act and are responsible for their own behaviour?

I've said Stephanie is childish. Acting like a kid doesn't make her an actual child and she needs to stop acting like being 22 is an excuse for anything, because it's not. It's her response to everything and it's annoying.

I'm not particularly mature myself tbh, but I am an adult and take responsibility for my decisions and mistakes as one because I am one. Unfortunately.

She may well do, but OldIrishTERF is right, the girl is not emotionally mature yet.

Hygiene!

What do you about sex?

How do you deal with all those 'unhygienic' secretions and discharges. Do you find it disgusting?

Yes I agree, but knowing that she's not emotionally mature, would you then name and shame her on prime time tv for having dirty knickers ? They are a lot older than her most of them and really SHOULD know better don't you think ?

Oh, God, no, but I wouldn't name and shame anyone on public TV like that. The age or emotional maturity of the person involved is totally irrelevant imo.

A person of any age should know better than to do that.

I'm sure she would I bet she thinks she's well grown up! As I'm sure I did at that age. I have daughters older than her and at least two of them are as daft as Stephanie and one of them would ask the Postman to wash her dirty knickers if she thought he'd be stupid enough to do it. I am supporting Stephanie but she really is a silly and immature girl who is her own worst enemy. Her chronological age to me is totally irrelevant I am not insinuating that you and others in their early twenties are all the same I am quite sure that there are odd exceptions to the rule - which is in general that people of 22 have no more sense than they had at seventeen. (or 13 in the case of male persons below 27) You will agree with me at some date in the far future but I'll be well dead then!

I am no fan of Steph's , but having re watched the show what they did was wrong. I understand that Steph's hygiene in the house has caused complaints before... with her leaving knickers and other items of clothing around the house, but putting her soiled knickers on display for all to have a look at was wrong imho.

Because its gross, I wouldn't want to live with a person who leaves soiled knickers around.

Putting them on public display was not the way to resolve such an issue..it was unnecessary.

It's not about her having dirty knickers. It's about her leaving her dirty knickers in the bath or on the floor, where other people could see them. They were already on display - the cameras could have already zoomed in on them, for all she knew.

It was all a bit of a laugh, and Stephanie initially laughed too. She was hardly traumatised! The last thing we saw was her in bed making exchanging body fluids with Jeremy, if the slurpy noises were anything to go by..

I'd say it was bullying if it was a pattern of behaviour or a number of people were doing it together. Otherwise it might be a one-off incident in which Gemma called her a prick and left the room in a strop.

Have you considered writing for Mills and Boon?

I'm bewildered that a group of housemates would grab a bunch of laundry and display it on the kitchen table. Was it random stuff from around the house or did they just grab Steph's stuff? What was their motivation for this, if not to stir some trouble?

I think Christopher was tidying up the bathroom. Steph had originally left the stuff in the bath, so it had probably ended up kicking around the floor.

Don't housemates normally put stuff in the bath to wash?
I just don't get why ( or how) someone's laundry got to the kitchen table to be examined !

People do their own laundry, so random items which were kicking around the place got brought through to be sorted and returned to the owner(s).

Pathetic behaviour from them as they are not schoolboys. It was just another opportunity to jump on Steph and have a mean-spirited laugh at her expense.

Wow, you got all that just from Marcus Bentley saying, "John, Darren and Christopher are sorting dirty laundry"?

John actually clutched himself like an anxious schoolboy. Never trust a man who fiddles with his willy when he's nervous!

It was gross what the blokes did and why the hell were they sorting dirty washing including knickers on the table where people eat. Most of these people have no class, no manners and should be ashamed at how they show themselves on Tv.

Their motivation was tidying up after the slob in the house. Apparently Jez isn't doing his job well
