It's like the notorious Salem, Massachusetts, in the 17th century.

Steph's "sin" - going with Jeremy. In fact, most of the housemates are secretly jealous of this. And that includes at least two, if not three, of the men. After all, Jeremy is gorgeous. He knew she was unavailable and made massive overtures to her. But, having fallen from grace, Steph is the one being persecuted.

Displaying the stained knickers is merely displaying the sin-stained clothing of the woman that most housemates have decided is a witch.

The fact is that most women's dirty knickers look like that.
Most people would have difficulty resisting Jeremy.

Arthur Miller wrote a play about this kind of thing and called it "The Crucible". Why don't they bring on some stocks, a pillory and a ducking-stool. That would keep Daniella, Gemma, John P, Scotty, Darren, Chris, and, sadly, many of the Forumers here happy.

I agree with you and quite honestly I would be utterly amazed if noone else in that house or this forum had never met a current partner before officially splitting with a former partner. call me an old fool but I actually truly believe that she and jeremy have genuine feelings going beyond just lust for each other. I do think she is silly and immature but I will be supporting her against the nasty creatures in that house.

Stephanie is a slovenly little chav who bounces with glee when she gets into a row with someone

she thrives on conflict ... loves it

Good analogy.

Hmmm. Doesn't really add up does it...she was as quiet as a mouse for the first week and only started saying anything negative to anyone when she (rightly or wrongly) thought they were attacking her. I've seen people on this show who thrive on conflict and wouldn't count her as one.

No Stephanie's sin it potentially stealing any limelight away from the desparado's in there. From what we know all Steph and Jeremy have shared is a kiss and a bit of a cuddle, and Stephanie is untidy around the house.

After all this was suppose to be The GC show, with some jazz handing from John, and the fauxmance was suppose to be Scott and a semi naked Megan.

Clearly Stephanie and Jeremy failed to read the script.,, as has Tiffany (that's why they turned on her)

Shame all the sensible people have either been evicted or have walked.

I would be hugely surprised if anybody was "secretly jealous" of Steph going with Jeremy.

For goodness' sake.. they were having a laugh over a pair of dirty knickers.. and Steph patently obviously doesn't give a monkeys about what they or anyone else thinks, or she'd not have been slurping with Jeremy under the covers later that night.

Oh but they are - didn't you see Scott's crestfallen face when Jeffanie were cuddling in bed at the end of HL show? ("Bro's not ho's", as urban slang puts it)

Loving your elevated language . . . "patently obviously" fit for condemning S's sin, as her persecutors have done at every available opportunity..

"persecutors" ? ... are you serious ?

Tonight at the party, when Stephanie was dancing, singing, drinking, and clearly not in the least intimidated, Darren pointed out, "People are voting for you mate" she replied with complete confidence ;

"Yeah, I know. When they see the bit from yesterday about Gemma, they'll love that."

She isn't a 'victim' ... she's actively participating with the viewers in mind

The ganging up, humiliation and mockery is persecution. But tbf ("to be fair") I do like your last line.

Steph throws out the Bully word at every opportunity. She loves to dish it out, but she can't take it. She actually has a lot in common with Gemma, that's probably why they aren't getting along.

That's how I see it too.
She is putting on such a brilliant performance that it seems a lot of the viewing public are actually taking her seroiusly. She is as bad as Gemma but has managed to get away with it.

Maybe Scotty was annoyed at Jeremy, how many times has he told him she is using him and she'll run back to the "boyfriend" this is not a romantic story OP so stop trying to make it one

good day

I would call it an absolutely ridiculous analogy. This is just a silly fame-hungry young woman acting up for the cameras and in doing so getting on the nerves of a few others trying to do the same. Nobody is branding her as a witch.

Completely agree with you on every point. I also think Jeremy is lovely. Not many men support a girl like that even when they are getting the piss taken out of them by their mates.

It's a shame they have met the way they have but I would really like to see them make a go of it outside.
