I feel the Tiffany appreciation is kind of precarious with some posters here. If you're turned off by her behaviour I kind of wonder why you liked her in the first place. No housemate is perfect. She's someone who's very open with her sexuality. She can be vulgar. She can be confrontational, rude and diva-like. But she can also be very tongue in cheek. That is part of the package and part of her charm.

That John conversation last night was nothing to be taken seriously. I didn't see the LF version, but it was very charming and cheeky. If Tiffany is a bit disingenious sometimes, so what? Big Brother is also a game show. Tiffany is not up Gemma's bottom. If Gemma gets in Tiffany's way and needs to be taken down a peg or two, then Tiffany will do it.

It's like some of you want her to be a saint. And considering what kind of personality she has, it could take one tiny little thing for people to stop considering her a contender for winner.

I am afraid it happens every year it is called jumping on a Bandwagon when it becomes the fashion to take the moral high ground against a certain h/m..

She has her funny moments, nice moments but can turn nasty, and when she does she is very nasty. And very nasty is to be taken seriously.

I saw the live feed version. It was neither charming nor cheeky.

IMO it was both but if you don't like someone you would have that opinion.

I agree for the most part, but I really do have to admit that Tiffany should have treated John and Gemma equally and approached both of them, not just John.

How any of you didn't see through that set up act is beyond me. It was clear they had been told to behave like they were being serious and were finding it hard to be.

I don't like people who take pleasure in intimidating others. Sorry, I take that seriously.

And I suspect a lot of other people though the same and that is why she is now almost favourite to win.

I like her - she's kept me entertained throughout and made me smile more than any of the others. And she's had no real allies in that house so has largely just been getting by on her own, plus the whole clash of cultures thing.

I wouldn't mind at all if she won. In fact her and Christopher are my top two at the moment.

She's got a screw loose but she's an entertaining hm and you never really know what she's going to do. However, she's to close to Gemma at the minute and needs to call her out in the same way she did John.

She has little moments when I think aww she's ok and then the next minute she infuriates me. Kicking off when anyone noms her, repeatedly saying behind backs how she does not like even one single housemate and her potential for screeching and seeing red if anyone just looks at her the wrong way. Worst of all for me and possibly the worst barrier for liking her is her association with Gemma.

She has it in for John and calls him all the things that she should be calling Gemma out for but says not a word when it is obvious for all to see who the manipulator and controller in that house is.

Having said all that I do think she is a great housemate and she is entertaining, just not often for the right reasons.

After their exchange in the bathroom last night, I don't take either her or John seriously. They know it's all panto and are happy to play.

I like her. I wasn't sure what to make of her at first, and the whole 'David's dead!' thing wasn't great. But she seems to have found her feet and settled in more.

She does my nut in at times, but I like that about her. She's entertaining, stands up for herself, and sticks with her own morals. She overreacts but I haven't seen her do anything truly malicious yet (as far as I can remember), and she gets over herself and moves on.

I'm assuming you mean over being controlling HMs rather than knickergate specifically. I know Gemma is an over the top, bullying Diva with BB seemingly in her pocket but I don't think she actually has the HMs in her pocket and I don't think she fits Tiff's accusations to John IE a behind the scenes puppet master. That isn't what Gemma is and any accusations of this to would be silly. Tiff could approach her about just being nasty but it's not like people haven't levied that at Gemma already and it's not as if it is remotely a secret. However, the idea with John is that HMs, us even, aren't spotting his manipulation.

I actually think it's fascinating and give her all the kudos for challenging him on it particularly over knickergate where you can actually see it in operation if you care to see it that way. I'm not saying he is an arch manipulator as I'm really not sure about him but I can see how it can be viewed that way.

All in all I agree with the OP. Tiff often has a twinkle in her eye and I think she is very amusing, very charming and really quite clever.

Tiff has 3 grudges with John -

the attempted isolation and suggestion that she leave
the way he handled the Steph / Jeremy situation in the bedroom
the knickers

Try as she might Gemma was getting nowhere trying to get Tiff against Steph

I like her backbone. Hopefully she'll pick her battles wisely,

Totally agree with this ^^^.
I'm loving Tiffany!
As for the Scotty T comments in the Diary Room, ...that was obviously a joke.
I really can't see her being genuinely interested in Scotty T.
