With Gemma it is all in the eyes. Focus on them when she is speaking. Even though she protests that she likes Steph, the eyes show she doesn't. On the other hand, Danniella was very sincere.

Dan's approach seemed very sincere and honest. You could see it in her eyes and body language.

Weren't there similar suspicions on here regarding Shilpa-gate? I'm sure that many thought that Jade had been advised in the diary room how badly her behaviour was coming across and so she duly changed her attitude (though by that point it was too late).

I agree. I think Gemma has definitely been advised by her team to calm it down. Her management have already had one of their golden geese not come out of a reality show the way they wanted him to (Peter Andre on SCD) and they won't take the chance of another one of their cash cows coming out with a bad rep
