I think she could fake being pregnant, like the psychotic bunny boiler she is, but no, I don't think she will actually get pregnant. Thank God - imagine her as a mother.

Fake pregnancy sounds more like something Abi will do. We haven't seen Nasty Abi since Max's trial so she needs to make a return. Or she will sabotage Paul's thing for his diabetes, leading to coma.

She will end up getting back with Jay .

I agree, the new, jealous, and sometimes twisted Abi could definitely fake a pregnancy so it is a possibility.

Would Ben even care if Abi was pregnant? He didn't and still doesn't care one bit about Lexi, so it'd be ridiculous if Abi "being pregnant" (really or faking it) got him to stay by her.

Yep. I don't want a Single birth at all this year tbh. We've had far too many in 2014/15:
Bert/Ernie, Beth, Matthew, Oliver, Pearl, Louie, Authur and we also had the tosh/Tina plot and the stillbirth. We need a good long break from pregnancy stories.

I think it would be more interesting if she told Ben she didn't care if he had men on the side, as long as he didn't finish with her.
