BT Youview box stops TV receiving signal

I have a new Philips 43PUT4900 43 Inch 4K Ultra HD TV unless I have the youview box switched off or take out the HDMI lead first the tv displays a NO signal from any channels or any HDMI source inc the youview box and Chromecast.

This only happens on the Youview box not on my bluray player.

Any ideas?

Lots of people with slightly similar issues. (I think one with YouView fault too [possibly you also]) I experienced the same symptom as you, but instead it wsa a black Now TV box. Phoned Philips, they're looking into my issue.

Yes, I have posted in that thread a few times, in the end, I took back my TV to Argos, and I, now have an Hitachi model for the same price and with many more features and none of the problems. When I phoned Philips, they said said "the weren't any of any issues"
