There does not appear to be any sort of balance whatsoever, he is slated constantly whilst Gemma is Lauded.

I don't really understand but it is very biased against him and favoured Gemma. Do you think they will give her a spot in the show on the next BB?

Both John and Gemma are regular panellists on bots so I don't understand why one has been favoured over the other 🤔

Because it is the Gemma show and no other h/m is apparently of any importance.

BB have painted John as this master villian and that's how they want him to remain. They all have thier roles to play in there and the producers have decided that's how they want John. The audience have made their minds up about John and his position is how THEY want him to remain. Everyone loves a panto villain - even if he's not one.

BBOTs audience' opinion and mine has always differs. They always slate the housemates I like.

Gemma being liked among that crowd is very common with the audience watching now. BB is not what it used to be and it appeals to a certain kind of audience who like certain kind of housemates.

It's times like this I have to ask myself why I'm still watching after all these years.

BB has never been the same since it moved to channel 5.

I know John has his faults but BBOTs treatment of him and the editing in the HL show has been disgusting.

I hope he tells them to Go f*ck themselves when they want him to appear again.

Yes, I see that they want John to remain the villain but, every single show he is slated, it just seems very unfair in some respect, I did wonder what hey had against him..

I don't regard the audience in BBOTS as a true representative of the viewers as they are the same faces constantly, they also seem to toe the BB party line for fear of not getting invited on again. They remind me of bigger wannabes than the actual BB HM's.

Rylan just annoys me with his blatant favouritism for Gemma, I have now stopped recording BOTS and will not watch again as same audience, same things said every show, same bias.

BB assigns them BBOTS reinforces them at every opportunity even if it means twisting reality so out of shape that a good mentoring conversation is transformed into evidence of John's being some false 'Mr Perfect' and possibly actually into his being Mephistopheles himself.


And Gemma, whatever she does, has her ugly boring pronouncements and endless, deluded droning about herself transformed into her 'keeping it real' and 'having morals and integrity'.

It's mindbendingly weird, patronising and stupid, and some still swallow it. Seriously.

Probably because they'll get more mileage out of Gemma post BB than they would with John. But they always do this don't they? PIck someone to pick on and someone to build up. Kind of sad but whatever.

Its always good to get the bad edit and be hated at the beginning because if you survive you get the 'redemption journey'.

Gemma is being lured into a false sense of security and will get put on her arse by BB. I think they are keeping her sweet to keep her in. The point at which they don't need her anymore for viewing figures BB will turn 😆😆 My view anyway!

That's what I was going to say. I'm not his biggest fan either but he has got many good points - whether that side of him is part of his game or not, he's been overall quite civil and reasonable and been far from the worst HM in there. It's a shame they can't show some focus on the positive. Like they do with Gemma. Constantly! Every god damn night! Yet she doesn't have one redeeming feature

Because they probably know John won't give a toss whereas Gemma will probably try and sue them if she's not made out to be Gods gift on every show. If Gemma's career of modelling cheap hair extensions and writing magazine columns about her weight dries up after the show she will try blame her "edit" on BB. They just want to be seen to be making an effort to support her.

Plus every second panelist on BOTS is from some garbage scripted reality show and they obviously all stick together.

Yes. I've always thought John was a nasty piece of work and last night proved it. A 44 year old man calling out a young woman half his age for having dirty undies.

I think Gemma is funny and entertaining. Wouldn't be able to live with her but she's better quality than John.

John seems fine to me. He's consistent, fair-minded, light-hearted, strong and very level-headed, even when under stress. So far I think he's a good guy. I haven't seen anything I don't like.

I dunno why he's being seen as the problem with the undies when it's entirely Stephanie's own fault. The entire house was grossed out, including the women. It's pretty obvious that what they were looking at was not normal, otherwise the women would have said so.

I have zero sympathy for Steph or for anyone else who thinks it's fine to leave their dirty underwear all over the place for others to have to step over. There are up to 16 people sharing that bathroom, and they're basically colleagues.

I like John ,and I think he's cottoned on to how BB are portraying him ,that's why he gave his I'm Done with this now and am just going keep my head down and collect my Cheque speech to Tiffany ,as he's resigned himself to the fact there's nothing he can do about it whist in there

Exactly what I think. John's a great guy and BBOTS is so biased against him it's pathetic, as is Rylan and his obvious favouritism for Gemma

As for "Knicker gate" , Steph is 22 ffs not 12, she shouldn't have left them hanging around.
