You're always expecting improvement. It's always about to arrive. Have you noticed that?

I don't read The Guardian.

Where's the evidence that they want to be a player in terms of quality? They're like an alcoholic always promising to give up but ending up back in the bottle each and every time.

Budgies Make You Laugh Out Loud - It's beyond even Monkey Tennis and Youth Hostelling with Chris Eubank.

There's a TBA between 8-10pm on Easter Sunday so I suspect Maigret is airing there.

The BBC will be rubbing their hands with glee as it bumps up the ratings.

I read that piece and I thought whoever wrote it clearly doesn't watch Game of Thrones!

Another great figure there for The Night Manager.

Doctor Thorne struggling. Mr Fellows certainly doesn't have the midas touch with his writing skills.

Thank you Ray, do you have the share?

Very good rating for it considering it didn't have a Midwife lead in, looking forward to the final two episodes.

If anything I'd say Indian Summers and Doctor Thorne would hurt each other more than The Night Manager, because both costume dramas skew older.

Amazing figure for Countryfile considering it was a compilation programme and one of the items was three years old !

Interesting piece in the Guardian about Doctor Thorne basically saying that there is too much plot and not enough character development. Perhaps one of the reasons why it hasn't captured more of the audience ?

Bad night for ITV there. I see Beowulf only ran for 52 minutes as well (19:02-19:54), so presumably they are struggling to sell advertising during it.

Fool Us in Vegas increased! Who knew hitting the 8pm junction along with other channels was important?

Oh yes, everybody.

That's a shame the Cat programme is very good, can't say the same about Beowolf though.
