Steady on, it's been on one day, but I think BB could have its work cut out this summer with the Euros and Love Island around. Actually this one time scourge of ITV1 is doing well on ITV2, with 600-700 k watching each night on the show's natural home.

This is excellent news. Thanks for informing us Mike.

Speaking of official ratings. Does anyone have the consolidated ratings for both Corrie's shown on Monday 18th April 2016 (19.30 & 20.30) including +1 please? I have the exc +1 numbers. Thanks.

Good for the debate on ITV, better than i was expecting. Almost double.

I haven't watched BB yet, but I don' think that is an awful figure. If they get some drama in that house it should hold 1-1.2m each night.

Love Island held up well also. I notice the 1st ep consolidated to 1.2m, the highest ever rating. pretty good considering its trash TV.

I notice Celeb Juice rpt's are rating well at 10pm, and Family Guy dd better at 10pm that 9pm last night. I also think the new conent ITV2 is showing is helping the channel rate wll after 9pm. Love Island has boosted the rest of the schedule.

Btw BBC drama The Living and the Dead commissioned by BBC1, will now be shown on BBC2 according to the Metro newspaper in the next coming weeks.

The BBC's Euro 2016 studio is looking very good indeed. Amazing view:

Overlooking the fan park so should be an amazing atmosphere during the tournament.

ITV's studio meanwhile will overlook the Seine and the Notre Dame.

Nice to see an ITV SD+HD Top 30, and a +1 version of it for anyone who wants it.

Going to be difficult to compare data for the last few years, though.

Its not very often you see Corrie below 6m on a Monday even in Summer. And to think a few on the soap forum don't think Corrie is in trouble, and there are any problems.

Got to say, a bit surprised, that's the smallest drop ever for a 2nd show for Big Brother. Considering it was 1.39m excl +1 for launch. But the +1 won't add much as it would be at 11pm, but around 1.5m which would be 300k above the same show last year.

And that is a phenomonal figure for Love Island

Very strong figure for BB considering recent performance. Hopefully should hold tonight, Love Island ridiculously strong too!

Ridiculous retention for BB there.

Ben Frow (Channel 5 controller) admitted to Broadcast this morning that figures for Tuesday night's launch show were "challenging." He'll be a little more relaxed about things after that number came through, that's for sure.

Love Island though is firing on all cylinders. What a great rating that is!

Thanks Ray.

Versailles held up much better than I expected in week 2. Increased competition and maybe people not grabbed by episode 1 I thought would hit it harder. Last night's episode was much better. Could rate better than The People vs OJ Simpson.

Stand out for me is Love Island. Not right for the main channel but perfect ratings wise for ITV2. What we say for Big Brother? Solid? Low? I don't know.

Good grief, what on earth is happening over at BBC One at the moment?

I can't remember a period like it with so many factual shows massively underperforming for them in a relatively short period of time.

Also, why has The One Show suddenly lost about a million viewers?

Dancc this series of The Hotel Inspector seems to be doing much better than the last one. Is that right? I think 24 Hours In Police Custody looks higher than it has been in the past as well. Anyone know?

Terrible launch ratings for BB but I think you have to give it some credit this morning.

Hand on heart most would have expected it to drop to around 1.1m or worse I think last night, so 1.36m exc. +1 is a great result in the circumstances.

I'm almost tempted to distrust the figure. Maybe having a strong Love Island around is helping BB since they didn't clash?

You wonder why a show called Lose Weight For Love isn't doing well? That title was enough for me to know I'd never watch it. I've avoided most BBC1 factual the last few weeks. Getting the ratings it deserves.

Both shows look to be up on their recent ratings.

24 Hours in Police Custody is my favourite C4 show so I'm delighted about that making gains. The Hotel Inspector meanwhile looked to be running out of steam when it was last on air but it's come back stronger than ever really this year so you can never write it off.
