Nothing for Jericho for the second week running but I know it’s definitely less than 4.00m. And you've posted the Vera rating today which I also had. The share was 24.4% if need it.

Also another official rating that just missed out on the BBC1 BARB Top 30 chart today:

The Graham Norton Show (Fri): 4.04m (25.0%)

Yes in my head.

Nothing new as yet, but we should be hearing something very soon.

On a serious note the best place to get the latest is the Media show on Radio 4 on Weds Pm at 4.30pm.

Does anyone happen to have any more Friday ratings or a breakdown by chance?

It is the final night of BBC Three on TV.

It's a shame that X Files, Benidorm and The People v OJ Simpson are all on in the same timeslot tonight. All three programmes will take viewers off each other, they all have potential to rate strongly in a timeslot with less competition.

Clearly ITV are going to let Beowulf and Planet's Got Talent play out in their slots despite the dire figures. Again, more sub 2m programmes pulling down the primetime share.

Vera doing fantastic with such a horrible lead in and tough BBC opposition. We are seeing what happens when ITV don't compete at 7pm and at 8pm whe they do. CTM posting drops of 1.5m with tough competition.

Vera on course to have its highest consolidated series average ever I think. Pretty impressive.

Or is it another of a long list of sitcoms coming back for the 60th anniversary of the sitcom - Are You Being Served announced today as coming back with Benedict Cumber batch as Young Mr Grace

I know I bang on about it, but brilliant numbers for Silent Witness yet again - by my calculations a slight rise of about 1.5% year-on-year, and its best rated series since 2001! Worth nothing that it's also been a big beneficiary of the 28-day BARB ratings, with the first story getting a further 700k from weeks 2-4.

Also a very well deserved 7m+ average for War & Peace. A big, prestige drama hit that I'm sure will be referenced endlessly in the ongoing charter renewal debate.

Not forgetting The Walking Dead, which was superb tonight I thought.

A competitive 9pm slot in the end away from BBC One so I'm bracing myself for a big week-on-week drop for TXF. But it's next week that'll be key. As long as the drops after this one are minimal, then it was a great buy.

I thought you were talking about X Factor for a second then.

Yes, The Walking Dead was something else tonight. Absolutely fantastic stuff!

You have to say that War and Peace has come along at just the right time for the BBC.
I wonder if The Night Manager will do as well?

Solid rating despite the controversy.

Interesting to see Countryfile/CTM back down after last week's surges. Was last week a special Countryfile or something? Still brilliantly course although CTM is down a decent chunk on last year.”

Don't you mean "Solid rating because of the controversy"?

Vera has always been a solid performer for ITV. I imagine it'll go on as long as Brenda Blethyn wants to do it, it also must sell well for ITV Studios. Shetland is doing pretty well in the official adding 1.4m when you consider it was off for a week due to football and having a serialised storyline. Ann Cleeves who wrote the novels based on both characters must be pretty chuffed how both are faring,

ITV has confirmed that Beowulf has been axed - The Sun

ITV boss Kevin Lygo is taking a close interest in GMB and changes are expected as it is getting barely 600,000 viewers - The Guardian

Not surprising, it was abysmal! They should put Corrie back on Sundays and drop the second Friday episode to try and compete with BBC One's old skewing Sunday nights. Followed with a nice family drama at 8, and maybe a more gritty drama at 9.

Dancc brace yourself I have bad news, Rather controversially in my opinion Radio Times has downgraded Channel 5 from major channel status and lumped it with the freeview channels and has promoted BBC4 to the main page with BBC's1 & 2 ITV and C4.

RT sick of all the Benefits tat making their mag look shabby? Having said that I'm not sure about promoting a channel to the main pages that's only on-air for @nine hours a day. Old accusations of BBC bias can now be resurrected and thrown at the sold-off RT.

Viacom must be hopping mad about this.

I stopped buying the RT many moons ago - asides from the Christmas issue which I buy because I collect them. It is too expensive and takes itself way too seriously. I agree it's a silly idea to put BBC4 in C5's slot. But, BBC4 probably does appeal to RT readers more than C5 does.

I would say Churchill's Secret will be on Sunday 28th

Grantchester will be on Monday 29th

I think the Davina Mccall show will either be on Wed 2nd or Thurs 3rd March
