London Broncos are signing Jamie Soward from Penrith Panthers. What a great move for them.

Not a massive follower of RL but do know that Wigan/ Leeds/ St. Helens win most things.
So is Hull leading the Super League as big a shock as Leicester City in football?

Not really, the real work starts now because as in football the longer the season the more the advantage swings back to the big money clubs.

Well Leeds won at Hull which was a surprise I guess.

Wigan and St Helens closing in so maybe as Grassmarket suggests the big boys come to town at the end.

Our chances of getting in to SL look slim , the four SL teams are way too strong for us , just looking at our record over last 3 seasons P69 W64 D2 L 3 , in any sport that would be enough to get you promotion except ours

A big well done to Leigh on winning the championship shield for the 3rd consecutive year , yesterday very clinical and upped our game well

The battle for the top 4 in the championship is too close to call with 4 teams going for the 2 remaining spots
Table..................P.......Pts
Leigh................21......39
London...........21......32
Halifax............21.....27
Batley.............21......27
Bradford........21....26
Featherstone.21...26

Remaining fixtures
Sunday 17th July
Batley v London
Bradford v Oldham
Halifax v Featherstone

Sunday 24th July
Featherstone v Bradford
Halifax v London
Swinton v Batley

Some mouthwatering ties there all to play for

The Fev. v Bradford game could be the one that decides the final spot in the top 4.

O Loughlin gets 1 game ban , complete joke cause it happened in the first half and had a good past record ? Each offence should be judged on what actually happened and not how good they have been in the past

Not at all. Hull won the Challenge Cup a few years ago and were in the Grand Final too. If you go to the 80s you will find most of the major finals were contested by either one of, or both, the Hull sides.

Good State of Origin today, if you haven't had a chance to see it. Shocking displays of bias in the commentary box, it has to be said.

Well done to Hull on finishing top after 23 rounds , be interesting to see if they can keep it up

Saints very impressive last night , be interesting to see what the disciplinary panel make of the Wigan incidents

Hope York can survive good luck to them , not good what is going on there

See Toronto Centurions are starting to unveil their players , there will be another attempt to dispute the leigh camp over the next few weeks , I think Derek has covered the angles well for the players ,if the players want to leave a top championship side and move down a leauge good luck to them , they will build a strong side and be in the championship in a couple of years Still can't understand why Bradford are duel Reging with them , in a couple of years they won't give a hoot about the Bulls .Note to Liam Kay you will never make an actor

Massive game in the championship Featherstone v Bradford winner in middle 8's loser misses out and and could lose around 500,000 of funding

A shock the Bulls got nilled at Featherstone , wonder if they will stay full time now ? Less money for funding and a bumper pay day against Leeds gone begging

Glad to finish so well, but gutted we have to go to London, and miss out on a trip to Batley.

The former is too much to afford with Wembley weekend around the corner, and the latter is somewhere I've never watched a Leeds competitive match, and is a good place for drinks (it being part of the Ale Trial). Still, four home games, and two cheap away trips will save me lots of brass for said Wemble trip.
