No, it's just three one-off games. This the only one with an actual trophy, though, because it's between the two champions.
I take it our teams usually get hammered ?.......

I thought the Aussie should have been sent off as well........he threw the first punch/slap and the English bloke reacted to that.......he wouldn't have punched him if he hadn't slapped his team-mate

Cheap shot from Garbutt. Tamou wasn't even looking at him.

Garbutt gets 2 matches for a deliberate punch yet John Boudebza got 4 matches for an accident. The RFL disciplinary panel are a joke. So inconsistent it's untrue

Hull KR parted ways with coach Chris Chester this morning. Looking like Leigh's Paul Rowley is a heavy favourite to take over

3 games. Why didn't they just sack him at the end of last season.

Sky need to ditch pinky and perky. McDermott and O'connor offer nothing insightful to the game at all. There must be other ex pros who can eloquently speak about the game rather than these two clowns.

I'm surprised sky have kept all the different commentors with all the cuts to RL , no boot n all , backchat ,full time cut to 30 minutes , no re runs on games , highlights cut to 15 mins or none at all , wonder if they mention the big game in the championship this weekend

Once again ( seems a running theme on here but it isnt intended ) i disagree with misawa, I love Barrie and Terry, i think they are excellent and add a forwards insight into the game. They are both well respected in the game too. I am a huge fan, it's Phil Clarke who gets my goat.

There are far too many voices. Is there really any need to have Eddie, Barrie, Tez, Stuart Cummings and Clarke talking about another game like last night. Its way too many voices and I don't think there is any other sport on tv were so many people are having a commentary input during a game. Not to mention Bill Arthur or Angela pitchside. How many people do they need? Why they feel they need to have an ex ref spoon feeding us I have no idea. He should be providing a referee's angle on it but most of the time he's wrong, ambiguous or just non-committal. Complete waste of time.. |

The on field decision being a must be is so stupid. What happens if the ref didn't see? He has to guess whether it's a try or not and then the video ref is restricted to what he can do. I don't understand why here and Australia they make the ref make a call when it's not always possible to do so.
Then again beforehand especially in super league refs were using the video ref too often instead of taking some responsibility. |

What a game at Odsal today 32-6 up with 17 minutes to go and Bradford pull it back to 32-32 seems like a loss yet if before game you said a draw with 8 players missing and Corey Patterson at stand off we would take that any day , fair play to Bradford never gave in and once they got momentum they steamrolled us
Great to see John Kear doing well at Batley another good scalp at Halifax today A few shocks in the cup this weekend with a few amateur sides knocking out champ 1 sides Paul Rowley is linked to the Canadian side which could be champ 1 next season |
