The bias from the commentary against Catalan is a joke. It's always a willingness that the English side wins.
Pinky and perky being the worst offenders. |

Pinky and perky being the worst offenders. Mind you for a one eyed coverage you can't get much worse than the Fox commentator during the Gold Coast Titans game against Newcastle last weekend. If the Titans were so bad and Newcastle so good as the commentator kept on saying how the Titans managed to win 30-12 I'll never know. |

Batley impressive again with a last minute kick against Bradford to get a draw although video evidence tends to show it missed

Hope defeat at Workington yesterday doesn't prove costly at the end of the season.

Totally agree. Now turn the sound down when watching. At least the screen wasn't covered with Sky's usual intrusive graphics. The French treat their rugby league viewers as having some idea what is going on unlike Sky who seem to think we are so thick we need to be told it's a scrum to team X or a penalty against team Y.

You could look it like that or you could look at it as, Sky are trying to initiate those who aren't so au fait with the game as we are. You want them to treat every viewer as an expert, I would rather the gospel of our great game is spread. Super League gets massive viewing figures on Sky, a lot from non Rugby League strongholds and long may it continue to do so.
If you are going to use Cummings why not just ask him to explain the more difficult decisions a ref has to make. Currently Player A will knock on and the team feel the need to get an ex ref to explain this. Why I have no idea. BT sports use an ex football ref in Howard Webb on there live games but they only really ask his opinion on contentious decisions rather than every single foul committed in the game. |

I enjoy the super league show , Tanya Arnold does a great job presenting and it's good they use different guests every week from different clubs , only down side is they don't mention championship and this week had John Kear on , he was chomping at the bit to talk Batley but sadly Tanya never asked him

Sky should hire one of the SSN hunnies to partner Carney next year as the lead presenters |

Would be nice sometime to hear some other accents. BBC and Sky Coverage is just all northern accents. The BBC will use a Kiwi or Aussie as well on occasions but Sky is just all North.

So you think two former GB internationals who have won plenty, being there and done it, in Barry and Terry shouldn't be on yet you want some female totty ? Perhaps we could get her in a bikini and chuck buckets of water over her when it's cold.
![]() Those two have played the game which makes it even more remarkable the lack of anything insightful coming from either. Not forgetting they seem to enjoy or want to see players fighting. "Kicking the ball of the Island" "Big guy isolating the little man" "Running harder than your opponents" "Putting in the big shot to lift your side" Just some of the examples of what you hear from those guys. They should be nowhere near a modern professional sports broadcast. Kate Abdo presents La Liga football and does just fine. I don't see why RL couldn't have something similar. |

Going by what I hear on SSN any of them would be more articulate than those two clowns.

Well I disagree as I rate Barry and Terry, but I don't have an issue with accents either.

Neither do I but the sport is already portrayed as sport played and watched only by northerners. I don't think it helps having everyone else not playing being northern as well.
Who says it's only watched by Northerners ? I certainly don't. Sky's viewing figures show it isn't. |

Yes. Enjoyed that lots.
Wondering how many professional fouls Wigan have to give away before a yellow card is produced. |

Leeds find some form at last but certainly Widnes and Warrington seem very impressive.
