Love both of these series and have been watching them again on YouTube, but can't decide which is my favourite.

Which one out of these two series did everyone prefer? They were the best civilian BB series imo.

BB6 for me, wonderfully awful. "Anthony and Craig are in the living room" - I always perked up when Marcus said that, you knew what was to follow would be "entertaining"

BB7 by far for me
BB6 just ended up a really nasty house ,and I ended up not liking any of them which was a first for me at that time

Their friendship was hilarious. Massive competition from 'Nikki is in the diary room' though

BB6 because at least it was a genuine competition whereas in BB7 everyone knew from the start that St Pete would win and that the other HMs were just there to make up the numbers

BB6 hands down!
One of my favourite BB's of all time.
So much happened in it.

BB7 because of "Nikki".

Couldn't stand BB6. Craig Coates infuriated me.

BB6 for me. The tasks, the housemates, the drama. Everything was just top notch

BB6,it had Maxwells eviction in it! Best BB moment in BB history.

Both were very good series, I must admit to watching LF far more than I should have.
BB6 was especially good for stuff happeningdidn't matter if they had had alcohol or not! Who could forget the box task! Saturday afternoon doing the ironing, having LF on in the background and they start kicking off class!
Although gun to head I would have to say BB7 great series and the forum I was posting on was hilarious, oh happy days!

BB7 was awful, but nothing could beat how bad BB6 was, horrible viewing, almost all thick and nasty.

BB7, simply because of Aisleyne (yes she was a reasonable person in those days) and of course Nikki.

Nothing in BB before or since has come close to matching or emulating the grandiose, almost poetic fervour of Nikki's diary-room rants: 'I can feel the venom POURING out of me as I breathe!'

BB6 was brutal, and watching the constant arguments for 11 weeks everything night was tiresome. But in hindsight, and when you aren't bogged down by the daily rows, it had some great moments and it did well to follow BB5 and not totally blow, or be a lame replica.

It was also the last series of the C4 era to not be 13 weeks and/or have 20+ housemates.

BB7 had some great moments, but was overrated. BB6 was very dramatic but too argumentative and draining. Overall, neither series was great.

BB6, easily. Still the best series for me. There was too many arguments, but the arguments were often so ridiculous you just had to laugh. BB hasn't reached the same levels since in my opinion.

BB5. Just kidding.

BB6 could be tough to watch but I started losing interest towards the end with the poor eviction results (Orlaith being saved twice in a row?) and the Makosi witch-hunt.
I think the dynamics in BB7 developed slightly better, but it was a bit tedious watching the girls claw eachother's eyes out allowing Pete to stroll to victory.

So in conclusion - BB5. I mean BB7.

BB6, purely for Craig Hindley.

But BB7 started off as a nasty house - with the bullying and segregation of Shabaz.

Not to mention the fact that bullies like Nikki and Richard ended up much loved by the viewers, and got very far in the series. It seemed a bit unjust.

I preferred BB7 but both were great series. BB5-BB7 really was a peak in my opinion.

Even when taking Shahbaz's bad treatment into account, BB6 was still, on the whole, a more unpleasant and uncomfortable series to watch in terms of confrontation and bullying.

BB6 Overall. It was consistently entertaining and never really lost steam. It was an awful house but a lot of fun.

BB7 had a fantastic start and a good ending but lost steam midway. It was too long and was the start of BB constantly flooding in new housemates until it was hard to keep track.

BB6. It was far more consistent than BB7 which was almost painful to watch by the end of the series.

BB6 was draining but it's honestly no more argumentative than most CBBs and BBs on Channel 5.
