Broadband to Infinity upgrade a new contract?
So i'm having a nightmare with BT.
Could anyone advise on the following please - If I upgrade my copper broadband to Infinity would I then be in a new contract and subject to the 14 day cooling off period for distance selling? I'm currently 2 months into a 12 month broadband contract. Any help greatly appreciated. |

BT upgrades normally involve entering into a new contract.

Upgrading to Infinity involves the installation of a nice new hub (currently Home Hub 5) and yes, a new contract with the usual cooling off period.
Definitely worth the extra costs though; my broadband never runs slower than 71 Mbps and only earlier this evening it was showing 72.43 Mbps on Ookla ( http://www.speedtest.net/ ). |
