Wouldn't it have been funny if he'd 'accidentally' dropped the hair-dryer on the disgusting creatures head? Honestly if my niece behaved like that , she would be disowned!!
Look, I hate Gemma as much as the next right thinking person but she wasn't wrong in this instance. He should have been using several round brushes and leaving them to cool on the ends of her hair before rotating to the next section.

I'm fussy about my hair and quite assertive but I would never talk to someone as if they were something unpleasant on my shoe.

Exactly this, it sickens me that Darren, Daniella and others encouraged her with Darren even kissing her on the cheek and it just makes her worse and she thinks she's better than anybody else! But the way she talked to the hairdresser was disgusting! She has done herself no favours going into the house!

He clearly wan't even born, never mind trained in the 70's and there are ways of getting things across without talking to people as though they're beneath you. The fat cow can't even peel a spud.
