Maybe she usually eats oven chips?
Just before she did it, she said she would peel potatoes before having a shower....she had no intention of having a shower because the hot water was off, so she knew she wasn't going to be able to have a shower...due to cutting herself and being out of the house.
Also did you notice when she came back and was witnessing the next immunity trial, she had a face like thunder and looked as sick as a parrot. Perhaps someone in the hospital said something out of turn, to her opinion, which she didn't like. She was certainly on a short fuse and spoiling for more aggro.
