Makes me wonder what she sees when looking at the reflection of herself. She is no beauty that's for sure, does she see different to whats reflected back!?

She was rude and tried to tell the man his job. You could tell by his face he wasn't pleased.

She was rude and went on too much - however clearly he needed some tips as he wasn't that good at the job.

I think someone like Nancy would have been equally demanding (which can be a good thing) but less abrupt and in your face about it.

I agree poor guy. Thought he did a good job with what he had to work with.

She was absolutely vile and disgusting towards him. I don't think I would have carried on I would have walked out.

I would have been furious if I had to get along without hot water for a day because she is too lazy to wash and dry her own hair. I was surprised the HM's were so agreeable to it.

Maybe he was a professional hairdresser that doesn't do many Essex types and therefore isn't familiar with the idea that you make someone's real hair look and feel like a drag queen's wig. Although in fairness, Gemma's hair is almost is a wig with the number of bad hair extensions fixed in between the overbleached, over dried, over processed "natural" straw like substance, which then has to be dosed in industrial strength hairspray to ensure that no natural movement is possible?

Whatever the case, there was no need to talk for him to be spoken to like that by someone who is either too lazy or too inept to do her own!

Cold water for a day or Gemma going on about it for at least a week - tough choice.

The cold water option at least showed again just how selfish and self-centred Gemma is.

How can you tell if he's good at his job ? The woman was telling him do do it how SHE wanted it done, that's the only reason it turned out as it did !

Indeed she was very rude to the man.

The majority of her hair isn't her own. If the extensions were 'ruined' by using straighteners what would you expect the hairdresser to do. He's wasn't a magician.

If the ends are frazzled the only way to cure that is to cut the hair, false or otherwise.

Rylan was not impressed on "this morning" and said he would have hit her with the brush.

And then the fact she went on and on about how fabulous she now feels with clean hair when the rest of them haven't even been able to wash their pits and bits.

I think the way someone treats people like, receptionists, caretakers, waiters, hairdressers etc is a real measure of a person's substance. People of manners learn to treat those that serve them with impeccable courtesy as a mark of class. Can you imagine the Queen for example talking down to a waiter like that? It is very easy to belittle someone who can't fight back owing to the role they fulfil so to misuse the power inequality is cheap. In my book misusing your position of power is a form of bullying.

It's likely she didn't know it would be shown. There was no playing up the cameras, just general rudeness from her true self.

It's exactly the sort of thing that people get caught out on. Remember HMs listening through the wall to Julie Goodyear bitching about them as she had her hair done?

Not that Gemma comes across well anyway.

I am convinced that BB had instructed the hairdresser to only give her a basic blow dry - not a super styled one.

She wanted a blow dry - she got a blow dry. No more & no less.

Just her simple sweet self.
