If you take Gemma out of the equation (hard to do I know), this might be the least amount of interference BB has had in a series in a long time. I think it's still badly messed with but looking back, it's nowhere near past years.

I haven't watched it in years... I can't believe it's generally worse than this.

Chrisopher won't say anything to Daniella about Gemma, and even if he did it wouldn't change anything because Daniella knows why he always defends Stephanie whatever she does or says.
Daniella asked him days ago why he defends Stephanie no matter what and he explained that she was a friend before CBB and they go out together in Liverpool. That is, in part, why Daniella is closer to Gemma than him.
