She was answering the shit-stirring task honestly. I don't think she said anything particularly bad to Danniella. She was much worse to Gemma, who totally deserved it.

Stephanie didn't start it at all she was just answering the question for the game.
Daniella took it too personally and Gemma decided to get involved for some reason and follow.

But the others answered diplomatically to keep the tension down. She wants to stir up another row instead.

The others also avoid personal animinus when picking who to get rid off

Gemma and Daniella didnt like that Stephanie was being honest and trying to win a game. They said she kept singling out Gemma.

After they returned to the house, they then singled out Steph by apologising and hugging everyone else but her.

Exactly, nearly all of the tasks are to cause arguments - and BB got what they asked for. Serves them right when they have the unpleasant task of trying to coax the walkers back in.
