Why does she always get into peoples business that has nothing to do with her. She is such a wannabe diva and always wants to be in the spot light. Christopher is so right on about what she is doing to Danniella. Just so she could be a part of a big story line when it has nothing to do with her she pushes herself into everyone's business and when Danniella hugged it out with Stephanie oh here comes Gemma doing the same thing because now Danniella looks like the hero and she needs to be a part of that story. I hate people like that

She wants to hog the limelight. In her mind, it's the Gemma Collins show. It's outrageous the way the producers are bending over backwards for her.

She was sort of kicked off Towie at one point because she said she was 'fed up with being involved in all the arguments' and the producers said they had no plans on including her in filming for the next series - so I think she wants her own reality show like Peter Andre (and funnily enough they have the same management)!!

Someone once told her she was very important. She believed them!

It's always the same here, some housemates can do no wrong some can do no right. Gemma seems to be the villian but I don't really see what she has done that is so bad. A bit nosey, a bit annoying, and a bit lazy but she is not alone in any of those things.

a bit nosy is putting it mildly she is a instigator she puts thoughts in others head that would not be there like she did with Danniella. She gets in the middle of everything that has nothing to do with her because she knows that the cameras on them and she needs to be a part of the camera time hogging it up. When Christopher was consoling Danniella tell me she didn't sneak herself into that convo and kept pestering away when Chris was telling her to give him a minute she acts like it's her world and he never does that with her are you serious when did it become about her in that moment please tell me you do not buy into her BS of what she is all about.

She is overbearing in every way, just awful, no humility or sense of when to take a back seat or keep quiet.

The mad thing is that I will totally agree with you a month after its all over, lol - no, none of them have killed anyone or been dreadfully cruel, but even when its all over I don't think I can stomach Gemma as an onscreen personality.

I find it pretty disturbing that Gemma refers to Daniella as "we" and "us", and continues to try to speak for Daniella as if they are one mind.

Surely this is modelled on Divine!? Although it is a bit insulting to her memory to associate her with GC/Gemma. (Sorry, Divine). Physical appearance and over-the-top narcissism are where the similarities end though, obviously. Divine was very talented.

Personally I would have thought more of her if she hadn't tried making up, all she has said about Steph she has now made herself look more fake and two faced than before, I still believe they were tipped off how they are being perceived on the outside and that's the only reason for the apologises

I have an acquaintance who is like Gemma in several ways, being a larger than life character, attention seeking, opinionated , overweight, meddling etc. She is very competitive, hyper-critical of everyone, especially other women, all other women in fact. Most people think she is common, a cow and a playground bully. But she is also great fun and oddly very kind and generous to lost souls and those struggling. She is definitely very entertaining if not always in a good way.

My analysis of her, and so also of Gemma, is that she actually is the opposite of what most people see. She suffers from low self-esteem and feelings of failure - she's on her own after several failed marriages - and hides it with inflated 'arrogance'. She imagines everyone is saying the worst about her so she says nasty things about them. To check what they feel about her she is confrontational almost as if to force others to say their worst. She encourages cliques, like a bully. She is very defensive and actually insecure but covers this by getting her attack in first. She cheats in games because she knows she is less well educated than most of her friends so she is desperate to win and come first. She is very conscious of her weight and jokes about it loudly to defer any jibes she imagines might be targeted at her, ie she's already said worse about herself. But I can see it depresses her.

I would say that that is mostly true of Gemma and that inside she is probably a scared little girl battling with the world. I'm afraid though, that does not make me like her.

It would be easier to say what is right with her. I had never heard of her before CBB and I hope I never do again once she is let loose. She is a horrible nobody imo.
