So I guess we'll never see her on BOTS again then?

Janice and Farrah accepted their cautions, Aisleyne must have refused hers hence why this is now being taken to trail. She was probably foolish not to do as the other two and accept the caution so it would be over, if she is found guilty thats going to look far worse than a simple caution would have.

Gosh - Aisleyne is being tried for criminal damage to Farrah's dress - she must be quaking in her boots.

What a complete waste of time and money.

I have little time for Aisleyne and she was definitely out of order but what a waste of police and court time.

I'm guessing Farrah pushed it all as much as possible with expensive lawyers, no?

Nope.

As I said, Janice and Farrah both accepted police cautions therefore admitting their guilt.

Aisleyne is denying any wrong doing so is now being taking to court over it. Had Aisleyne just accepted her caution like the other two and admitted she threw 'whatever' this would have been over months ago.

I'm guessing the same - and how coincidental that it's hit the news during the latest CBB run.

As an aside - I do hope Farrah's dress has made a swift recovery.

You could be right and the fact that both the others did "forced" the CPS's hand. Still an utter waste of time and money though.

Hard to say. With all the problems with drinking in the UK, they might just have thought that a case with some media attention would be worth taking forward... just to make it clear to others that throwing wine at someone is an assault.

Aisleyne being the instigator of what happened was always more likely to be facing charges that Farrah or Janice (but the timing of the story is suspect).

It'll end with a very minor slap on the wrist...but I suppose if the story gets out there and it it makes someone think twice about chucking a drink (due to fear of an assault charge)..then job done.

I am sure even C5 can't arrange court dates

Quote:
“Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, 37, faces trial after a five-month probe into the live TV spat with US reality mum Farrah Abraham.”

I can't believe it took five months to investigate the incident

Quote:
“Janice Dickinson, 60, allegedly hurled a chair at Teen Mom star Farrah, 24, and got a police caution.

But Horgan-Wallace refused to accept one, claiming producers had set up the row.

The Crown Prosecution Service pressed ahead with an assault charge amid claims that Farrah was injured by the bubbly at Channel 5’s Elstree Studios in Herts.

Horgan-Wallace, of North London, is also charged with criminal damage to Farrah’s dress. She denied the charges at a hearing in Stevenage last Monday.”

Aisleyne claiming the producers set up the row

Quote:
“Her trial in March will include evidence from show host Rylan Clark, presenter Jamie East, ’Allo ’Allo actress Vicki Michelle and two producers.”

Why is Jamie East giving evidence?

So, is Vicki's injury (however it happened) being swept under the carpet? No charges bought for that?

I am sure she was on the panel that night knowing something would kick-off whether that amounts to a set up is another matter.

Anyone local could pop along to the trial and hear what they all say really happened.

Yes, I've read she did Babel. But had Vicki not been injured in the fracas then that would be the end of it.

But given she was injured I would have thought something more than a caution would have been appropriate.

But there you have it.

From the Sun article...........

"Farrah may even be flown back to the UK from Los Angeles at taxpayers’ expense because a videolink would be at 2am her time."

Seriously???

So this is all just a free holiday for Farrah.
Got to hand it to that girl.

Almost certainly the end of her BOTS appearances which is no bad thing in my opinion.
