It would be useful to know why the CPS changed its mind. Perhaps Aisleyne's side held something back until publicity had been obtained. The timing is interesting too, with enough of this CBB left that Ash could still make an appearance. She's back to the old tactic of unpleasant tweets about a HM, which is what seemed to get her the invite for the show where she clashed with Farrah.

I reckon Aishleyne has enough on production manipulation to make sure they never, ever wanted to go to court, and at the end of the day some behind the scenes 'agreement' meant it ultimately didn't
