When playing Truth or Dare the idea is to do or say things you would not normally do or say.

So a few HM's play and you call them fake, cunning, deceptive and manipulative (because they are doing something they would not normally do)

Or at least you only appear to apply that logic to Tiffany but not Scotty and Jeremy who are playing the same game.
