Surely they must do, it's all part of the new world of communication in this digital world! They must know our moans that we have with their lack of balls with control over the HM's, the rule breaking, Gemma running the show, etc. Tell me that they do or want to take notice but are just too scared to build up the courage to change things.

There was a time when the former producer would occassionally post. Iain Lee also posted from time to time. So I think some of them do read.

Also as I recall the posts from people who were associated with the show were normally explanations about why things were as they are rather than posts seeking approval.

I also think they realise that the views of this forum amounts to a few hundred (at best) viewers and as such any concensus on here, and I'm not sure we have a concensus anyway, is not necessarily indicative of the entire audience.

I think they read everything whether in newspapers or on forums.. cant find a wavy icon to them... but Im waving anyway....... now to tell them what we think....

People who leave the house should not be allowed back in..
Stop pandering to Gemma.
Get some decent funny tasks.. not ones where silly music boxes fell apart and didnt work anyway..
GIve them a washing machine and tumble drier..
Have a daily room insepction like the army..

I think they read, find out what we are moaning about and then do it anyway.

I have always thought Emma reads the boards.

Not so much nowadays. It's all about twitter now........quicker than reading our posts!

Oh I do hope so some of us post wonderful suggestions and food for thought on here!

I think they do, just out of sheer curiosity. But they'll convince themselves that it's just a bunch of crazy people talking.
Whether or not they believe that is another thing. Haven't they been a bit grouchy about DS in the past?

I think the problem is we tend to analyse and pick apart everything, including the things they don't want us to. They'd rather fans just accepted what they get, just nod along and not think about it too much. They don't want to deal with people that actually care. *sniff sniff*

Nah, they probably read twitter and that's about it.

I heard them mention DS quite often.

I have heard them mention DS before too. Ok we might only be a couple of hundred people posting but obviously we are all fans and are care enough to post our thoughts on a message board, so if there is a consensus surely they must realise how ridiculous some of their actions are - like letting people back in (twice) after they escape, obvious bias etc. But then again they probably don't care, they just go along with their own ideas anyway. I always watch CBB as it is only a couple of weeks and usually it is quite good fun, but I have given up on BB after the Helen Wood fiasco. CBB is going the same way with the Gemma Collins bias.

I think DS was more important to them years back before Twitter took off.

Pretty sure production interns are asked to scan all social media to see what they can find, and that includes DS.

The guy in charge used to post during Series 11. He ended up throwing a rather amusing tantrum at all the complaints and flounced.

How else would they know how to pee us off so often?

Posts from Phil Edgar Jones - PEJ - former producer.

In the following he addresses such matters as "chosen ones", "favourable edits" etc.

They had a pop at us lot directly during CBB8 when we accused the show of being scripted

IIRC Ma Willis did a pointless segment on the whole thing on one episode of SOTS, referring to where Katatonic was getting her make up done in one trailer, or Jedward were learning their lines in another

Ah those were the days..... when BB execs took the time to ignore you in person.

Of course they do. Producers read papers, social media and forums - wouldn't you love to know what people thought of your work?

DS also happens to be one of the UK's most popular entertainment (particularly Big Brother) forums.

I occasionally tweet my opinion about the horrible state of the show to one of the house directors and I've linked him to a few threads in the past.
